Well Potted Plants 

They do not answer emails or WhatsApp- they “guaranteed an order on the same day” and did not deliver. It is imposs To reach them. The pots they give are too small for the plants.

Put 1 star but it’s actually a ZERO!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are scammers! Paid online and was told my order would be delivered next day! Ha ! Complete joke! It’s been almost 3 weeks! They would reply to my messages saying the plant will be delivered tomorrow yet nothing ! They then stopped answering my messages! They are LIARS and THIEVES!!!

Plant delivered was leaning forward unfortunately I was not home at delivery or I would not have accepted it. They replied put more soil in the pot ? The quality of their potting is very sub standard and so it their customer service so far I’m giving zero. Today the plant is literally falling apart and leaning onto the floor! Nowhere post photos here so you can see !
I have asked for replacement plant

. Sent the wrong sized item and two damaged leaves. They put leaf shiner on in which was dripping all over my house. Then when I asked for them to take back immediately they said no.And refusing to offer a refund if we don’t drop the plant back 135 km away from my home. Outrageous !

I have ordered an palm tree it came in a broken plastic pot full of insects.. Even the sole not a pure one
I can't pinpoint what exactly it is.
And some of the leaves were almost dead, l tried my best to fix the situation and save the plant but unfortunately it it doesn't work, the problem that they don't answer to the messages or calls emails and the result is no refunded money.
Hope every one announces them as a SCAM

The worst service I've ever experienced.
They charged me 20AED more for COD fees that I did not use.
The after sale service is very lousy to say the least.
Kept on calling and texting ... they do not answer...
And the only time they answered, the lady on the phone who turned out to be the owner ( what a joke! ) instead of listening and trying to find a solution ,started yelling and hung up on me.
The plant leaves turned yellow in less than a week.
And since the pot was too small (though I paid for a bigger size) for the size of the plant, the plant tilted to one side after few days.
My advice: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

They delivered the wrong plant. Horrible plant bdw. The supposed to change but they didn't come. After 3 days nobody answer on WhatsApp. They steal money. Don't order with us !!!!!

The plants got yellow leaves and start dying after 2 days, i texted them but they were ignoring and not giving even a small piece of advice.

They are scammers, they will charge you in advance and won't show up for the appointments.

So So bad !!! Wrong order, damaged pot, they do not answer or reply on the phone or WhatsApp, extremely bad experience. I do not recommend!

Do not buy any plant to this company. They only have sick plants and they are very expensive. They don't answer emails, whatsapp or calls. Now I have a sick plant with all the leaves old and ripped. that cost me 130 aed.

I bought an indoor levanter plant two weeks ago full of ants! The plant had inside its pot pieces of grilled chicken!!! The worst plant shopping ever!

The first strange thing about this company is that they have put the wrong phone number on Google. They also do not answer the phones they have put on their website. They only answer on WhatsApp, usually before the purchase.
The second issue is that they do not even have a specific location. It is not clear which city they are in.
The third issue is that their tone is not respectful (Conversations are available).
The fourth issue is that if I make a purchase and am not satisfied with the product, they will neither return the product nor refund my money. (But they mentioned in their website and also in whatsapp that we will return. Conversations are available).
The most surprising thing is how they are still working in UAE.

I bought a plant from them and after a week I found a worm and asked them to pass and solve the problem they don’t to answer or to take my concerns seriously.. be careful before buying

I have never experienced such a bad customer service. Placed two orders. First was delivered in a wrong colored pot. I asked if they can exchange it, answer was to return it to the farm ourselves. I then asked them to cancel the delivery of my second order. They attempted delivery and i refused to accept the delivery. After that they stopped answering my whatsapp texts and barely any of my phone calls. On one call, the lady answering said u wasted our time we will not issue a refund. I have been also asking them to deliver the plants but they completely stopped answering my texts and calls. Now i have no plants and no refunds.

I want to share my experience to caution others.

I ordered a plant from this supplier online due to an online sale , but the delivered product was disappointing—the pot size was misleading in the pictures, they sent the wrong pot color, and the plant itself was of poor quality.

When I reached out to address the issue, the supplier was extremely disrespectful. Despite showing them clear proof of my order confirmation stating the pot should be white, they insisted I had made a mistake. Their responses were unprofessional, including remarks like:

- *"Do you expect a 3-meter plant for 180 AED? Are you okay?"*
- *"Are you mentally okay?"*
- *"We don't waste time on small orders like yours."*

They refused to acknowledge their mistake, denied that I had ordered a white pot, and declined to refund or exchange the item.
Stay cautious!

WASTE OF MONEY, they don't deliver what they offer, plants are sick and smaller than website photos. SCAM

The plant is sick. Get yellow in 3 days and its about to die .

No one reply to my text messages.

I placed an order for four plants for my front door on December 19th. When the delivery arrived, the pots were left outside my property damaged, and there were no plants included. The customer service is appalling—she doesn’t respond to calls or messages. After a week of chasing, she finally sent the plants and promised to include replacement pots. However, the delivery arrived without the replacement pots and the plants were not the ones I ordered. They looked nothing like the pictures on the website.
When the delivery team arrived, I tried calling her on WhatsApp with no response. However, when the delivery team called her, she answered immediately. I informed her that the damaged pots were being sent back and requested a full refund. Over a month later, I am still waiting for my refund. They now claim the pots and plants were delivered and are accusing me of damaging the pots myself.
This company has refused to resolve the issue and has ignored my calls. I am escalating this matter to the authorities. Please, save yourself the frustration and avoid ordering from this company.
