Well Potted Plants 

I bought an indoor levanter plant two weeks ago full of ants! The plant had inside its pot pieces of grilled chicken!!! The worst plant shopping ever!

The first strange thing about this company is that they have put the wrong phone number on Google. They also do not answer the phones they have put on their website. They only answer on WhatsApp, usually before the purchase.
The second issue is that they do not even have a specific location. It is not clear which city they are in.
The third issue is that their tone is not respectful (Conversations are available).
The fourth issue is that if I make a purchase and am not satisfied with the product, they will neither return the product nor refund my money. (But they mentioned in their website and also in whatsapp that we will return. Conversations are available).
The most surprising thing is how they are still working in UAE.

I bought a plant from them and after a week I found a worm and asked them to pass and solve the problem they don’t to answer or to take my concerns seriously.. be careful before buying

I have never experienced such a bad customer service. Placed two orders. First was delivered in a wrong colored pot. I asked if they can exchange it, answer was to return it to the farm ourselves. I then asked them to cancel the delivery of my second order. They attempted delivery and i refused to accept the delivery. After that they stopped answering my whatsapp texts and barely any of my phone calls. On one call, the lady answering said u wasted our time we will not issue a refund. I have been also asking them to deliver the plants but they completely stopped answering my texts and calls. Now i have no plants and no refunds.

I want to share my experience to caution others.

I ordered a plant from this supplier online due to an online sale , but the delivered product was disappointing—the pot size was misleading in the pictures, they sent the wrong pot color, and the plant itself was of poor quality.

When I reached out to address the issue, the supplier was extremely disrespectful. Despite showing them clear proof of my order confirmation stating the pot should be white, they insisted I had made a mistake. Their responses were unprofessional, including remarks like:

- *"Do you expect a 3-meter plant for 180 AED? Are you okay?"*
- *"Are you mentally okay?"*
- *"We don't waste time on small orders like yours."*

They refused to acknowledge their mistake, denied that I had ordered a white pot, and declined to refund or exchange the item.
Stay cautious!

WASTE OF MONEY, they don't deliver what they offer, plants are sick and smaller than website photos. SCAM

The plant is sick. Get yellow in 3 days and its about to die .

No one reply to my text messages.

I placed an order for four plants for my front door on December 19th. When the delivery arrived, the pots were left outside my property damaged, and there were no plants included. The customer service is appalling—she doesn’t respond to calls or messages. After a week of chasing, she finally sent the plants and promised to include replacement pots. However, the delivery arrived without the replacement pots and the plants were not the ones I ordered. They looked nothing like the pictures on the website.
When the delivery team arrived, I tried calling her on WhatsApp with no response. However, when the delivery team called her, she answered immediately. I informed her that the damaged pots were being sent back and requested a full refund. Over a month later, I am still waiting for my refund. They now claim the pots and plants were delivered and are accusing me of damaging the pots myself.
This company has refused to resolve the issue and has ignored my calls. I am escalating this matter to the authorities. Please, save yourself the frustration and avoid ordering from this company.

"I recently purchased a large lavender plant from well potted plants, but unfortunately, I received a much smaller plant instead. Additionally, the delivery was left at my door without any prior notice, which I was not informed about.

When I reached out to customer service, the representative I spoke with was unhelpful and responded in a way that I found to be sarcastic. I requested to speak with a manager or someone in a higher position, but I was told that this would not be possible. I even sent a photo showing the difference between the plant I ordered and what I received, but the issue was not resolved.

On my follow-up call, the representative again refused to provide me with any company information and expressed that she was not concerned if I decided to file a complaint with the consumer rights authorities.

Worst customer service ever! I have placed an order four days ago and still have not received. The lady on the phone misinforms about delivery schedule, she asked my order number and called back about delivery schedule of other order! Never order plants with this shop!

Received a plant that died 2 days later! All the leaves became yellow. Terrible company! Do not order from them

Trees delivered semi bald and with root transplant shock

They Delivered a sick plant and when asked, they said it’s normal and to just cut off the dry branches. It kept increasing only and when asked to replace, they demanded AED 180 extra for replacing and blaming that it went sick during my “maintenance” where I have clear evidence asking them on the same day of delivery why the plant looked like this.
I should have checked about the reviews before ordering!!
This is purely a scam!!

I ordered 2 plants. Both were defective, old & dirty. After raising the issue, they did not even bother looking into the matter, very arrogant & rude. The pots are entirely cracked too.

Extremely bad first impression. Avoid this company at any cost.

They just sent me Christmas tree for 900aed with no pot despite the order was including and branches are empty! It’s old and I can just throw it. No whatsapp answer, they don’t pick up the phone. Horror one day before Christmas Eve. Shame on you!!!!!

Scammers, they sell sick plants and pretend it's your fault - they propose to replace it for 180dhs. Even if the prices are attractive just buy somewhere else, I have to throw my disgusting olive tree without any refunds.

I bought an Areca plant from this store, and they gave me a slanted one. I raised a complaint with the store, but they just told me it’s a matter of making the plant stand firm. Okay, they will send slanted plants to customers that are about to fall down? It is not potted correctly. I gave tip 10aed in advance online thinking they are good coz of the title of the store. So Upset.

Don’t trust this company or purchase from them! They sell old and bare plants. Ordered a Christmas tree and it barely had any needles. They promised to exchange it but did not! They disappeared and are not refunding or exchanging. I will be seeking legal compensation from these scammers.

Misleading plant size. Didn’t deliver pot as ordered.

Avoid this sorry excuse for a business at all costs.
