In my personal experience the agency is really well organised. Every time I have some issue with the house they send someone to fix it as soon as possible. Really satisfied!

Excellent service. Nunzia and Elena were proactive, reliable, easy to reach and fast to reply. I completed the whole renting process mostly via email having visited the propriety once. The flat was handed over to me in excellent conditions: very clean, recently painted and with all appliances in order. Would 100% recommend Welcome at home!

If you are looking for a smart and dynamic agency, well you found it! I often travel for work and i needed to find a short term solution which would have not required long terms committing lease so i gave my flat based in Chelsea to Welcome at Home and finally i was able to significantly lower the cost by 1/3.
