The team at Welcome home are incredibly professional, always available and very prompt in every aspect of dealing with anything to do with the management of our rental. We have rented a property managed by them for a year and it has been the most delightful experience. I couldn't recommend them all more highly.

Welcome Home is a well run agency specialised in the London market and very good with medium to high end properties. The small size of the company allows a close and direct dialogue with Manuel, the owner, and his trusted team (Nunzia, Iuliana), while the long activity in the market warrants the right experience to market a property, decide the right price, vet tenants and manage any issue arising. As landlord we found the value proposition unique, with a superior level of service and a more reasonable price than the usual branded agencies. The direct relationship between Manuel and his clients also helps giving a more human and enriched dimension to the business which ultimately is more focused on providing solutions and satisfying both landlord and tenant

We would definitely recommend Welcome Home to anyone looking to rent a home. Iuliana, Manuel, Nunzia and the whole team are the best. Efficient, friendly, helpful and very professional, it was a breeze to work with them. Our experience was second to none! Very happy and extremely satisfied with their exceptional service all around!

I lived in a rented property managed by Welcome at Home for 2.5 years with my partner. At all times there was open communication with Nunzia and the other agents. Whenever we had a problem, they would quickly come to fix it and resolve it, with a lot of flexibility. It was a pleasure to have them as our property agency. Definitely something rare to find in the London housing rental scenery!
The apartment we lived in was lovely too. If we weren't moving out of London, it would have been hard to leave!

I was renting a property with Elena and Nunzia. Had a really nice experience! I was provided with full support throughout my tenancy. The property was clean when I moved in with all of the appliances working properly. Elena met me to show the flat when I was moving in; she explained me how everything works etc. Very friendly, amazing people providing great service! Will definitely contact them if I need to rent a flat in London again.

We have been using WelcomeAtHome (W@H) several years ago in London but a few weeks back I had again maybe the best experience in my life booking with W@H an apartment in London. The location was perfect; the attention we’ve been paid upon booking and staying was perfect; the apartment was fully equipped etc. It was a bit expensive (London!) but worth each penny. I look forward to my next vacation and will plan it with the help of the W@H, of course.

We stayed at the Old Fire Station. The place is well-located, a short walk to the British Museum and Covent Garden. Near Chinese, Japanese and Korean restaurants, and a pub next door. It has all you need in a home. Elena was always reachable after our first day. We enjoyed our stay.

I have been a tenant of Welcome at Home for more than a year, the process of renting from check in to check out was all very simple and guided, I had a great time. I must admit that after several years of experience in London, with Welcome at Home I found certified and serious professionals both for my long-term rental experience and in the short term because I often used them for family and friends who came to see me , definitely recommended!

We started with some miscommunication but after everything was sorted out . Great service and responsive . We had a problem with the hot water and the manager sent a technician on Sunday 10 pm to solve it .

I stayed three days in the apartment in the bayswater area, very clean, really nice, with attention to the smallest details.the service is really top, I asked to have a converter, they made me find it, the wi-fi jumped on the last morning and not only did they immediately supply me with another line but they immediately alerted the company that restored the service.great experience!
