Beware, this company is NOT affiliated with Heathrow Express or any other ticketed ride/tour in London!
I wish there was a better way to warn unsuspecting new arrivals to Heathrow airport to avoid this company! In my case, I was promised a refund by their desk rep for unused Heathrow Express tickets (after we realized an Uber would be faster, easier, and cheaper for our particular destination) . The desk rep said it would be "no problem" to get a refund and she hand-wrote an email address that she directed me to use to contact them for my refund. However, it turned out she wrote down the address incorrectly. I never received a bounce back, so I had no idea it was incorrect for weeks, even though I made multiple contact attempts. I finally went on their website and found an alternate contact form.
After I got in touch with them, they said I was past their refund deadline, something the desk rep never said a word about. I showed them proof that I had contacted them before the deadline, but they didn't care.
They pass themselves off as official representatives of the Heathrow Express, but if there is a problem with your ticket, they refer you to Heathrow Express "directly." But then Heathrow Express tells you that since you bought your tickets from a third party company, they can't help! You will have NO IDEA that you are buying from a third party company, as they do not disclose this when you buy your tickets.
This company is misleading, disingenuous, and predatory, and it's shameful that Heathrow allows them to operate on their premises or have any business dealings with them at all.

I have to warn fellow travellers about…
I have to warn fellow travellers about this company and how I was caught out with them.
I travelled from Heathrow to Gatwick by National Express coach. I hadn’t purchased a ticket online and wasn’t sure where the National Express office was. Previously I had managed to purchase a ticket from National Express from Gatwick to Heathrow successfully.
I asked airport staff who pointed me to a desk. I purchased the ticket and was given a receipt for £29. It was the next day when I checked my credit card and found that I have been charged £34. I chased this up and it seems that I purchased the ticket from a third party called Weknowlondon. They replied to my email promptly, however only to tell me that I should have noticed a big sign about booking fees.
I didn’t see the sign, and I didn’t get a receipt including the fee. Also the woman who served me didn’t speak English.
So please Do Not get caught like me. Only buy direct from National Express. I will be more careful next time and avoid these charlatans.

Heathrow Pickup - Disappointingly Slow
Booked online for a taxi returning home from Heathrow Terminal 4. My usual taxi company wasn’t available so I mistakenly thought using the officially supported Heathrow provider could not be a bad alternative.
After making my way through the arrivals area the desk was easy to find and the agent was polite, but informed me usual waiting time is at least 20 minutes. Considering I pre-booked, pre-paid and provided my flight number this is baffling. Why pre-book if not to use the information to get drivers ready to pickup?
The booking was passed on to AddisonLee, who I could have booked directly with at a lower price and probably had less waiting time. Uber also is (from
my prior experiences at Heathrow) both faster and cheaper.
Overall the slowest pickup experience I’ve had from Heathrow, at the highest price. Not recommended.

Hidden charges
Paid £8-00 at the machine in the Heathrow Marriott for a trip to T5. Essentially, they then ordered me an Uber, and I had to pay another £5-00 for the terminal drop off fee.
Scam
Scam - i payed 170 £ but no one ever came to pick us up at the airport. still i haven't gotten my money back
Scam artists
We booked a private car from Heathrow to the Radisson Red Heathrow at 20 pounds. I know that is a short distance and a large sum of money, but we are elderly and were coming off a 30 hour double flight from Melbourne so need a lot of support. There was no booked car, it is a sham, all they do is try to find a driver once you arrive, anyone can do that for free! And they still took an hour. There were cabs waiting at the airport outside the front door!!! What a joke, never again, do not use them.
Arriving at London Heathrow after…
Arriving at London Heathrow after midnight with a 3 hrs delayed flight we were looking for a hotel reservation. At WE KNOW they told us their hotels were all booked but they could provide us with shuttle service once we found a hotel on our own. We found a hotel about 8 mi from Heathrow terminal 5. The guy from We Know said their shuttle service was overbooked as well but he could order an Uber for us. Tired we let him do it. I thought he would maybe get a cut of 10 or 15% for his service. Turned out he took 80% fees in comparison to the max Uber (luxury) fee, and more than 3 times the actual ride would have been. The Uber driver was very upset, because he would get 20 pounds, while we paid 62 pounds for the ride. next day i found out that they charged the sum of 62 pounds twice to my bank account. I would not advise anybody to trust in this service. they are overpriced.
Deception and greed charging over 27%…
Deception and greed charging over 27% commission for a National Express Coach ticket sold at T5 London Heathrow airport.
I I only looked at the National Express Coach ticket when on the coach. I was more than surprised to find I had paid a 27% commission and I was not informed there was a commission. The booth at LHR T5 had no signs posted of their practices either.
I emailed We Know London and they had the audacity to send me and attachment of my receipt which was not given to me. They also sent an attachment of ticket fees posted at T2.
This company cannot be trusted at all. The young woman serving me looked very uncomfortable ... and unfriendly at my questions... I feel LHR T5 is like travelling in a continent of a developing world country where people are after the most they can get. I have just returned from Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda..and I travel often to Sri Lanka when one is aware to check detail. In Europe /UK where I live I have been trusting of the companies I work with, but sadly it is no longer the case...
Excellent service
Excellent service. The driver was on time, courteous and helpful. The customer service team was also very helpful in clearing up a slight query with the booking, Highly recommended
Wedontknowcustomerservice
I was sold tickets for a group traveling through London with a 10 hour layover for an Uber boat ride which we planned to use 2 hours before returning to the airport, but we were told when we arrived at the dock it was at least a two hour wait and possibly three. Imagine being told to wait 2-3 hours for an Uber. We were told to get a refund back at the airport where we bought the tickets. We were told there we needed to get it from WeknowLondon. Guess how that went. Theydontknowcustomerservice.
Deception, Delay, and Greed
While trying to catch the train the WeKnow agent, who I thought worked for the airport offered to help out and to call a taxi for me. 45 minutes later I tried to cancel as I was still waiting. They refused to cancel and stated that they would charge me. 10 minutes later the driver finally showed up. The car was a long distance from the terminal. The driver did not help with the bags. The cost was 37 pounds more than urber would have been and the drive was without AC as it was not working in the vehicle.
Pre-booked/pre-paid but still waited an hour for taxi
My husband pre-booked/pre-paid for a taxi to facilitate a quick transfer home after stressful travel. I live 10 mins from the airport, yet just waited an hour for my taxi. Would have been quicker to walk, including with my heavy bags. I've always used We Know in the past, but will use an Uber or local company next time.

Terminal 4 Asian male verbally abusive and aggressive. Used vile swear words in front of all customers in waiting area of terminal 4 arrivals. Had no idea about his job. Disgusting service and disgusting agent sitting there.
Sebi: a true gentleman!
Sebi, your agent at Heathrow was a perfect gentleman. Patient and gentle he helped me when I landed late at night, tired after several reroutes, out of battery on my phone and anxious just to find a route to my destination. He organised it all and even walked me to the pick up point to make sure I was sorted. I’m grateful!
Avoid it at all costs!
Avoid it! They will rip you off and you know what? They dropped me off at the wrong hotel!!! Yes! I gave them the address and they dropped me off about 4 miles away!
RUBBISH!
Rip off! Avoid at all costs
I wish there was an option for no stars. We have just been ripped off with a charge of £179.20 for a single trip from Heathrow Terminal 5 to Romford. I have just been given a quote from a neighbouring taxi service and been told it should have been no more than £90. When I asked why, their excuse was the train strikes. Shocking that they should charge customers for something outside of their control. Don't use We Know unless you want to be charged nearly double. We certainly won't be again!
6* Company
I have booked hotel to airport transfers with "We Know London" for 21st June and am SO happy with the service to date. So much so - I am confident to do an advance review!
I have had so much help, support, guidance and care from Louise there that I know we will be in good hands. I cannot thank her enough for her thought and tweaks on our booking to be sure it was right for us. Indeed - even this week she contacted me to suggest we moved pick up 30 minutes earlier due to travel being on a tube/rail strike day "just in case". What other company takes that kind of care or attention to their clients?
Louise has been there to answer any or every query I have including even how many suitcases I could take in the e-jaguar we have booked! Nothing has been too much trouble and she has more than gone beyond her role to make sure I was happy.
Thank you Louise and We Know London travel - and I very much look forward to my travel in your vehicles on 21st June and also return 1st July - you are an absolute star!
