Today they help me booking a taxi from Heathrow to Hammersmith for the cost of £67.00 and for my surprise the poor driver was a uber driver getting pay only £23.00 fom the £67.00 . Don't use this scammers they don't have their own drivers . They just do the booking through uber or bolt. Stay away from this people

As we waited in line at Heathrow T3 information desk, we watched with admiration as the affable attendant (Sabby) assidiously and patiently deal with one customer after the other with a remarkably pleasant and an unflustered manner. We imagine in the course of the day there would have been scores of customers, yet each person commanded his full and undivided attention. Bravo! That's genuine customer services.

Harpreet was awesome! We came with a group of 12 to London, and we met Harpreet at the We Know London Booth. She helped us with train tickets and Hop on - Hop off tickets. She was so kind, and full of helpful information. We were one family, so she took the time to give us all of the options to save us some money. We were so impressed with her, that when we returned to Heathrow to pick up our luggage, we looked for her again to find transportation to our AirBNB. Outstanding customer service! You can tell that she truly cares for people- and that’s what it’s all about!
Hop On To a Nightmare
This company has misleading signage indicating that they are a tourist information kiosk. My friend and I were sold tickets to a hop on hop off bus tour and were told to download an app that was confusing and didn't have information on which hop on bus company we had bought tickets for. I almost gave up on trying to redeem the tickets.
They just sent an Uber!
Hotel recommended this service because the regular shuttle had been unreliable of late. Booked a private shuttle, because of the amount of luggage we had, for £36. Five minutes before it was supposed to arrive I received a text saying that they had booked an Uber for us. I could have booked the same thing for £27. I won't use this service again.

Just landed at Heathrow and spotted the We Know London desk right in the terminal - what a lifesaver! The staff was super helpful getting us sorted with train tickets, showing us the best route to our hotel + giving us actual useful tips for our stay.
Made our first day so much smoother. Will definitely stop by their desk again next time I'm in London!
Bus H2B never showed up
Maya on the information desk was amazing!!! Really friendly and she had all the necessary informations that i needed.
But on the other hand the bus H2B never arrived. We were waiting on the bus stop (more that 10 people) for more than an hour and the bus never showed up. Luckily the driver of H2X was super helpful and made a detour out of his normal route in order to accommodate our travel
