I purchased Weiss ratings when Crypto market was in a Freefall. It has been for past 4 months. The newsletter has good information. Customer service is awesome too. To be perfectly honest though I don't know if anybody can forecast what is going to happen with Crypto. It seems to follow the Nasdaq when it goes up or down.

Problem was resolved quickly without any trouble.

I joined Weiss Ratings with the hopes of receiving accurate, timely information on resource stocks and crypto. Most of what I have received since has been advertising for add on publications.Too often when additional information is recommended it requires an additional expenditure of $2 - $3,000 inorder to benefit from that information. With regard to the 3 publications that I have subscribed to the only one that has much value and continuous updates ( the others only update weekly) is Juan Villaverde's Crypto Portfolio. I made a mistake subscribing to the Weiss publications. I will not be renewing and hope this review is a warning.

Being personally escorted around the website showed information I had not noticed during my initial visits. This level of commitment from Weiss is beyond what I have experienced with other advisory services. There are topics I wish to revisit.

Excellent customer service for a premium company!

Onboarding was a very pleasant conversation and he made sure I was confident in navigating the portal.

Janine understood well my needs and focused on how the Weiss subscriptions could address them.

I was elated with the work Divine did for me in straightening out my convoluted accounts where I had multiple subscriptions across two separate email accounts. She effectively blended them so that i wouldn’t miss out on my activities. She was great to work with.

Alan was very helpful, and efficient handling a new CC to make the yearly payment.

I called to simply cancel my subscription. Divine was very helpful to carry out my request. She could NOT have been more helpful.

Ryza was very courteo withinus and extremely helpful. She immediately fulfilled my request for access to one of Weiss's subscriptions. My request was completed within just 3 or 4 minutes. She advised me that my credit had already been approved and that my access to the subscription would be available in 30 to 45 minutes. I was very pleased with the help she rendered.

Customer service was very friendly and courteous and credited my account for a subscription my son made by mistake.

The onboarding process was well structured and the information needed to become comfortable with their services was clearly imparted.

Claudio was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgably oriented. Great service!

Good fast service

I had the most pleasant experience with the Customer Service agent.
Because of existing medical issues I was unable to take advantage of my subscription.
I was able to cancel my subscription, and the charges were refunded.
The agent was very understanding of my situation, and I am very thankful for her compassion.
