During transit, the weight of the tablets can occasionally cause pressure that loosens or unseats the inner seal. Because your outer safety seal remained completely intact, you can rest assured that the tablets remained fully protected from any external elements and are completely safe to consume.
To eliminate this issue altogether, we are continuously upgrading our packaging based on customer feedback. We have already transitioned several of our product lines to pouch packaging, which prevents seal disruption during transit and ensures a better overall experience in future batches.

We had no problem with the order and…
We had no problem with the order and communication. Only.....the parcel didn't arrive, although you said "delivered". So I went hunting and found it at our neighbours house. I have a photo of the parcel, but don't see an attachment icon here . It looks as though part of the address was torn off - wet? Not sure the neighbours would have been able to find me,if I hadn't gone looking. Anyway, I am happy with the product.
