I love the workshops
I love the workshops! Although all workshops leaders/coaches may not be a fit for me, the workshops are very informative and extremely helpful!
The website is a little hard to navigate.
And tracking my food isn’t the easiest because that part of the app has quite a few issues with it.
However, I love Weight Watchers!!

The app is OK
The app is OK. I’m frustrated because I signed up for the GLP one program. I faxed them all my labs, photo copied from my chart, but they don’t like the form that they came in. They wanted me to print them in a PDF form off my chart, but my chart does not give me the option to do so so that I had to contact my position which I did on July 3 giving them all the information to back or email the results which I did on July 3. So far I have not heard back from my physician and or my care team they give you one month for $25 but the whole month will be wasted because I haven’t even been given a prescription yet.

The communication with my “team” has…
The communication with my “team” has been sparse at best. I didn’t know when to request my next dose of medication so I had to “stretch” the remainder of my medication out and skipped some days as a result. Guidance for my engagement is lacking or I haven’t found it yet.

I have taken a few if the WW101…
I have taken a few if the WW101 workshops they are too fast paced for me and I have a version of the app that is a test version. I would like a workshop or video to see how that works. One that I could replay and or pause and use my app at the same time. It’s hard to chat in the workshops because I can’t pay attention to what’s being said while trying to get a question out.

Love the fact that where I live I can…
Love the fact that where I live I can still drive to a meeting within 30 minutes of where I live. I miss many of the people that went to meeting in the town where I originally started out in Canandaigua NY. I think we as a WW community left a lot of people behind. I get it that as a cost savings there was a need to reduce reality footprint. But still sad. I feel lucky that both places I attend offer 2 of the best leaders I have had in WW.
