Really great experience with WeFix
Really great experience with WeFix. My toilet pipe broke at 3am Monday morning and I couldn't access the main water valve. Matt R came round fast and within seconds of him coming in he stopped the water.
He professional, friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained clearly what went wrong, what needed fixing and why without making anything feel more complicated or add on extra work or make the problem sound worse than it was. He sorted the immediate issue, then came back later that same afternoon to complete the full repair and also fixed a small leak in minutes we've been having for a while.
Really reliable, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Would definitely recommend WeFix. If you get Matt, you're in good hands!

Wonderful help from Tracey
Tracey was so helpful, kind and personable throughout. She explained everything clearly and took the time to find the right solution to the problem with my toilet. She was also incredibly neat and careful with the tiling, and I was really pleased with the finished result. It was a pleasure dealing with someone so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Cannot recommend WeFix London enough
Cannot recommend WeFix London enough. Had a scheduled appointment with Pimlico plumbers and nobody pitched. Or called. Contacted WeFix london and had an electrician over in less than 30 mins. Chris was excellent. Explained likely cause of fault and put in place a temporary solution. Also wrote a full report to bring up with our builders. Unbelievably professional and efficient.

Fantastic service
Called in a panic on a Saturday afternoon (after a random Google search for emergency plumbers) because of a blocked toilet. Matt came very promptly and was fantastic. He was extremely professional and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He also took time to explain what we needed to do to stop the problem reoccurring. This was my first time using WeFix but I was very impressed with the service and will definitely be using this company again!
