Sam the electrician arrived calmly and…
Sam the electrician arrived calmly and efficiently. He has sorted my old electric system in my flat, without fuss but explaining all the way, what was necessary. I am delighted with the work done including the new fuse board. He is returning the finish the work and hopefully issue the certificate.

Rob was excellent
Rob was excellent. A seriously knowledgeable guy. True professional. Explained everything he was doing at every stage, included advice that was extremely relevant over a range of key points, and to cap it all he was a really really nice chap. At no time did I ever feel I was regretting calling. There are cowboys out there, but this company are definitely not in that category and Rob would be someone I asked for by name in future. Outstanding!!

Excellent plumbers
Had Wefix over to do a two-day drainage works job and separately a routine boiler service. Both engineers finished works on time and on budget. Engineers and customer service really helpful and easy to communicate with throughout. Good quality work, didn’t leave a mess. Would highly recommend.

Kitchen repairs
We recently had repair works carried out in our office kitchen and were extremely pleased with the service provided. Tracy attended initially to assess the work required, and Alex completed the majority of the carpentry work to an excellent standard. Both Tracy and Alex were professional, helpful, and clearly took pride in their work throughout the process.
The repairs have been completed to a very high standard, and we are reassured that we once again have a safe, functional kitchen for our staff. Thank you to Tracy and Alex for their excellent workmanship and service.

substantial charge for a visit to give a quote
We were told there was a charge for a quote/survey for a new boiler and possible related work: this in itself seemed to be unusual (nobody else we have contacted said there would be charge) but we agreed because they seemed to be very competent. We were unaware it was also a 'per hour' charge and we ended up paying GBP 340 for the privilege of a WeFix visit. British Gas, for example, as well as a long-established local company, don't charge anything. We wrote expressing our disappointment - we are pensioners- and have yet to receive a reply.

Rob G was an absolute hero and managed to come help within the hour of calling! I had no water and turned out the mains pipe fixing had snapped under the floor boards. Rob thankfully had the right fixing and managed to get it sorted. Would recommend to everyone!
