Professional lads turned up to service the boiler. No issues what so ever. They was a day early too! Can't ask for a quicker service than that ! ( the office did call to make sure it was okay first) will use again with out question.

Very professional service from start to…
Very professional service from start to finish. Prompt and polite personnel. Work is genuinely guaranteed. Plumbers were tidy and cleaned up after the job and also respected my property. They are expensive but you have peace of mind that the job has been well done.

Perfect kitchen floor
Chris Fairchild and Harry Stewart provided us with a beautiful kitchen floor. Their workmanship was excellent and they are perfectionists. They were professional, friendly and mindful of our needs. They will be doing further work on our kitchen in a couple of months.

Overall good service
Overall good service. The agents who attended were polite and did a good job.
One downside was the lack of coordination between the office and employees. It took three weeks to get a part because the office said it would happen three times and it didn’t.
I also had extra cost because the employees visited and the part wasn’t available. Also the initial job spec was not thorough, so when the job was finally finished I ended up paying for hours of extra work that was not expected.to fit two replacement dimmer switches cost me £1200 !

Great find
Months ago I had leak from the flat above which damaged existing downlighting and installation in my bathroom. As my guests were coming for a longer stay, leak fixed, plaster ceiling dry i needed professional electrician to come and replace existing (and outdated) downlighting. I avoided the most advertised and London/UK renowned companies for number of reasons (phone call where you have to explain every single detail of the work and then you have engineer in not know why he is there… once you explain he has to go to the van which seem to be parked miles away… ).
With this company you can chat with company, explain what needs to be explained, get the quote, pay online and job done in no time. This also includes quotes for “works to be done” in the future.
