I dealt with Mark Machin today in order to renew my HGV insurance. I was blown away with the service provided and even more impressed by the top quality communication and comprehensive details regarding the cover.
Every step of the way was clearly explained and communicated straight from Mark.

I recently purchased public liability insurance through Mark at Wedgwood Brokers and was extremely impressed with the service I received. From the initial consultation through to arranging the policy, Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive at every stage.

He took the time to understand the specific needs of our business and found a public liability insurance solution that offered excellent coverage at a competitive price. The whole process was straightforward, with clear communication and helpful advice throughout.

What stood out most was Mark’s commitment to customer service. He was always available to answer questions, explain policy details, and ensure we were confident in our decision. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about finding the right solution rather than simply making a sale.

I saw this company Wedgewood Brokers LTD on Facebook and as this is a relatively new company I decided to do a quotation for our travel insurance. The quotation was straightforward with easy to understand questions, got a very reasonable quote so went ahead and bought the policy. Great service.
