WBA and Julie was a godsend for creating the wedding of our dreams
If you are considering hiring Julie as your wedding planner - DO IT!!! We worked with Julie and her team for 9 months to plan and execute our international multicultural wedding in Denmark. She and her team supported us from start to finish, creating and executing our dream wedding. All while accommodating the 9 hour time difference as we lived in San Francisco at the time.
The planning:
We purchased the full package with planning, vendor communications and coordination on the wedding weekend. It was an investment, but the outcome went above and beyond our expectations. All of our guests - many of whom are internationals - were in awe of how beautiful and well organized the wedding was.
Working with Julie was like having a best friend who was deeply invested in making your vision come true! She was responding to our texts and questions very quickly, sometimes within minutes, despite the 9 hour time difference. Julie helped us navigate each step of the process. It was the first and biggest event I’ve ever planned with my husband. Julie helped us set expectations, communicate with each other better, and work as a team. Getting my husband to and I to agree on wedding decor budgets was only possible with Julie’s growth mindset and professional attitude.
The wedding day:
As a bride I focused on one thing - to be present during my wedding day. Having Julie by my side allowed me to do just that. Julie ensured the wedding was executed according to the timeline, was troubleshooting any issues on her own, and making decisions according to the plan. I did not have to worry about anything and could stay in the moment on our big day. We trusted our day with her and her team and it was the best decision. Julie and team have managed our wedding with so much care, professionalism and positive attitude!
We also wanted to give a huge shout out to Jule’s team that we did not spend as much time with on the planning portion but who were there for us during the weekend making sure every detail was perfect!
We would do it all over again if we could!
