From the minute I walked in the door I felt so welcomed and all my anxiety was gone. The girls in there are so lovely and helpful. They're like a mini team of cheerleaders! Big shout out to Aaleayah who found me my dream dress, AND IN BLACK!! She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and answered any questions I had. I can't wait to walk down the aisle in this dress and send you all a picture - thank you!❤️

The staff are friendly and very helpful. They give advice. Good energy. I purchased my wedding dress there and was happy with the service I received, I returned to purchase 3 bridesmaids dresses.
Today I returned to collect my bridesmaids dresses. I am very happy with the service I received.

Friendly and thoughtful
The lady who helped me choose my dress had only been working at wed2b for a short time, and I was her first consultation and the first person to buy a dress from her. From start to finish she was professional but incredibly friendly and thoughtful. She listened carefully and asked for help when she needed it. She genuinely made my experience so fun and entertained some interesting dresses just to make sure I was definitely choosing the correct one.

Amazing customer service!
The advisors at Wed2Be were so so lovely. I felt genuinely really cared about and listened to. Amongst all the designs and styles, Laci helped me find exactly what I wanted and what made me feel my best, she didn’t rush me and gave me so many options to try. I was not pressured to buy anything and was given time to go away and decide later too!

It was my first experience of trying any wedding dress on. I did purchase a my dress.
Only downfall, there were three of us and we were not offered any refreshments. Nothing at all.

I was dreading trying on dresses and she immediately put me at ease.
I went in with no idea with what I wanted but she picked out 4 dresses, all were beautiful and I ended up going with the first dress I tried on. She picked the perfect one first time and I went from dreading the experience to having an amazing time. Thank you !

Don’t go!
We should have walked out after using the toilet. Filthy and sanitary bin was overflowing. It was freezing inside and the carpet was dirty. Range of dresses very limited and despite what I requested, they could only show me two dresses that fitted the brief. Only to be told that it was a bad time at the end of the appointment. The dresses were approximately £800-£900 would then need dry-cleaned plus alterations which could be at least £300. What a waste of time! We looked at bridesmaid dresses but sizing was limited to try the style we would have liked.
I would definitely suggest going elsewhere.

Lovely people but was upsold with things added on I didn’t realise weren’t included in the cost, I should have asked more questions of course. I was however really surprised when I got home and checked the receipt and it just left me a bit disheartened and feeling a little manipulated with what had otherwise been a really exciting and lovely experience

Lovely dress but got completely…
Lovely dress but got completely destroyed by the tailor that was recommended by WED 2 BE. The terror that they created was not noticed until the morning of my wedding and completely ruined my day. This tailors do free cleans for WED 2 BE and claim to do a discount but that was also wrong. I was intimidated to the point of being scared when asking to sign a document to say I was happy with alterations prior to being able to see the dress….it was kept hidden until I agreed to sign the form.
