Generally a good service.
We send them books, cds and dvds where they offer a reasonable price. However, the number of items they accept is reducing as is the amount paid.
We use Royal Mail to collect our parcels and this works very well. The parcels arrive quickly and we are paid promptly.

Used we buy books for years without…
Used we buy books for years without issues but recently had most of the offers rejected after sending for reasons that they wouldn't provide evidence for it happened about 5 times in a row and when I tried to give feedback rather than a bad review was treated in a really patronising manner

We are very sorry to hear this and wish to make it clear that this would never be our intention. We have taken a look at some of your most recent trades and can see that a small number of items have not passed our guidelines. However, the vast majority of those rejected items have been valued below £3 and therefore these are recycled immediately as per our Terms and Conditions. Any rejected items priced at £3 and above are eligible for return and therefore we can access these should you require a decision to be double checked, however, this is not possible for the items below the £3 threshold.

I have used We Buy Books several times…
I have used We Buy Books several times since my husband died to clear some of his book collection. I find them very easy to deal with. The posting of packages off to them is simple, I have my post man pick them up from my home.

Fast process
I went through other apps to see which ones made more money from your books and this app did. It was very fast items got picked up a few days later. I’ve got money in my PayPal. Was a little bit worried when I sent the books out and was thinking there’s no updates, but it was just me.
