She helped me through the process as I was confused why I hadn’t received an email back and she let me know it would be in spam but I think the part where you grade your phone before sending needs updating to new as I was told the only way you’ll get your max payout for your phone is if it’s brand new but as mine is used but well looked after never touched it without a case or lense protector and never dropped it and still got 272 less than the valuation

Sent my IPhone 17 Pro Max on Saturday and it was received Monday. It was processed quickly on Tuesday and the money was in my account early hours Wednesday morning.
The price offered was the highest on the market by some distance, and they honoured it without quibble or hassle.

Grading of device very harsh and unfair.
Quote offered was not what I was actually given. Went through a third party comparison site and there condition grading is different to WeBuyAnyPhone.com, this resulted in a reduced offer of over £100. If the grading standards are different they shouldn’t be on a comparison site.

My phone got ‘lost’ in the post! Finally received the insurance money with the help of Carla-Marie 6 MONTHS later after countless calls and messages! Grateful to Carla-Marie but everyone else was useless and I would never recommend this company.
