Complete scam. My phone has been there 5 days and they have downgraded the offer from £972 to £595. Phone was sent to them 100% in good condition as per their description. Phone only used for lightly for 2 months and always kept in genuine case eith genuine screen protector. Absolute lies. Ive asked for it to be looked at again. I have photos and video of thrvphonevehen it was sent with absolutley no marks or wear

Whilst disappointed by the offer provided by the company upon review of my product - almost half the amount they originally quoted me as a trade-in fee, Carla-Marie was very helpful and responsive in getting me a slightly better outcome and a swift resolution. Whilst I may not use WeBuyAnyPhoje again, I was pleased with Carla's customer service.

Expect a significantly lower offer if your phone has any minor damages. Even if it's fully working. If your phone has the odd scuff/scratch here and there, expect them to rate your phone as faulty.

Also, if you give them low stars or complain, expect the following copy/paste generic response.

"I’m sorry to hear about your experience.

Your device was tested in the same condition in which it was received, and the price offered was based on the condition it was assessed under.

I am sorry we could not offer you what you expected this time."

Don't cry though, it's just the world we live in.

Added: A big thank you to the company for responding to my review without the generic response they usually give, and for trying to justify a low offer so that they can do a cheep in-house refurbishment and then sell the phone to maximise profit. Like I said, the world we live in, minimise costs, maximise profit. Sorry, I cannot watch the assessment video again because of the creepy person in the rubber gloves.

Poor customer service. Despite my phone having had a shatterproof case and tempered glass screen from day 1, they said they found imperfections that warranted a £160 decrease on the original offer! I expected a slight drop from the original offer but not that! The explanation was they had reviewed it under ‘special lighting’ that highlighted imperfections I wouldn’t be able to see! Don’t waste your time or the money spent on postage for both sending and receiving! If you think the price quoted is too good to be true then it is! Very disappointed.

The worst company . Don’t use this company. Very hard to contact and when they send an offer they don’t give you the option to reject the offer. Pressed the accept button by mistake and message straight away but no response and used the WhatsApp number again no one to help. When got someone they said we can’t help the value given was over 50% less . Sell it on eBay or other site avoid this one . I also had to pay £10.99 to get my other device returned which they don’t mention.

Call answered quickly. Understood why i was calling, kept me informed about what happens next. Helpful and polite.
