Good customer service however I was a bit disappointed with the price they have as my phone had absolutely no marks or scratches on it. The adviser was helpful and gave me an ok price in the end which... See more

If i could give this company no stars i would. I followed there steps through the email to send my phone through a digital label. All of a sudden the phone has gone missing and has been in the same depo in Southampton for over a month. I have reached out to webuyanyphone and they said they can log a claim with Royal Mail but it’s likely it will be rejected due to misplacing my reciept. Baring in mine on my account on there website it’s got all the tracking information my address bank details. I am abouslately furious and they are not taking my claim serious

Dishonest
Dishonest practices…
Beware of any hidden terms and conditions because they will use anything to give you the least amount possible.
I had two instances where they told me one phone they wouldn’t trade because it was ‘non-uk’ despite me buying it from a reputable well known shop (they didn’t explain what made it a non-uk phone. It was bought in the uk and was unlocked) they offered to ‘recycle’ the phone for me (I get nothing for them to sell it on) or send it back to me at my cost.
The second, which a lot of people have commented on, was they promised a high purchase price but then told me there were scratches on the screen. The screen was new! Ended up getting £90 less than it was with.
Avoid this company. Go with anyone else. You rarely if ever get the price they quote you

SCAM
SCAM, BEWARE, BE CAREFUL,
Don’t be tempted buy the price the initially offer you- it will be significantly slashed!
Initially offered £584, my phone was only a few months old, had a screen protector and plastic case from new! I also videoed my phone before I sent it, to prove it was in very good condition.
Once they received my phone they Slashed the offer to £420!
I wouldn’t accept this offer as I know I can easily get £500+ so asked for it to be returned,I had to pay £10 to get my phone returned and still not received it!!!
SCAM
Wish I had read the reviews before engaging with this company - many saying the same!!! BEWARE

That’s a scam
That’s a scam, first they offer you a brilliant price, I’ve out down the correct information then when they receive my phone they try to offer me £120 pounds less than advertised, trying to say that the phone had this and that! I understand if it did have but NO it doesn’t, is in Perfect condition with no marks whatsoever.
Avoid at all cost this is a scam for sure. Waiting to get my phone back and they better send the correct one as I’ve sent ! And let alone they advertise that the company is 4 stars on Trustpilot.

Anoop listened to what I had to say
Anoop listened to what I had to say. And tried to help me.
Mohit was fantastic.
Mohit was fantastic.
I wasn't overly happy with my adjusted price, but in spite of the negative situation, Mohit was professional, and courteous. Absolutely perfect customer service. It's easy to be polite and calm in a positive situation, not in a negative one yet Mohit was.

95% Price Offer Reduction
They offered me a price of £122 for my old iPhone. I sent it off to them. Once received, they reduced their offer to £5.
This was after they said it was not as described but offered no photos to back up their assertions, despite claiming they had sent me evidence.
There was no external damage to the phone. I’ve had a protective cover on it for its entire lifespan. Nor were there any scratches or screen damage either. They even made up problems regarding the rear camera, which works fine. I used it as recently as the week before I sent it away.
The new price they were offering was a 95% reduction on the initial offer, which is just ludicrous in my mind.
And then, in what I can only describe as a strong-arm tactic to force a sale, they told me I had to pay £10.75 shipping in order to get my phone back. I’ve ordered heavy furniture with lower shipping costs.
When I eventually got it back, they had removed the screen protector and protective case, so don’t send yours off if you want to get it back in the same condition.
Would not recommend using. Try Vinted instead.

Excellent communication
Sakul was very clear in his emails and also understood what I was asking.
Very clear and concise communication.
Then he rang me to discuss, he was very polite and friendly and helpful.
IPhone 15 Pro Max 1TB Trade In ID A-T-WK9DN
I was selling an IPhone 15 Pro Max 1TB. They offered me £585 based on it being in good condition, which is the 2nd tier, Excellent being the 1st.
So I sent it off, paying £10.95 for Special Delivery, in its original case, in bubble wrap.
It was delivered the next day and they were quick to test it and make me any offer. They offered £205, saying the phone was ‘faulty’ (their lowest tier) due to wear on the screen, a chip on the screen and wear on the rear housing and bevels. It’s only ever been used in a case, with a screen protector. The screen was fine and had no chips.
When they send you an offer, there’s no easy way to decline. I had to open up a What’s App chat with them. They said the screen was faulty, but would increase the offer to £215. I asked for the phone back, I had to pay £14.80 to have it sent back to me.
I was fearing the worst as to what condition the phone would be in, but it arrived in the same condition, screen working fine, no chips and no wear.
I checked Envirofone as I had used them before, they offered £500 and it was free to post & free return if needed.
I had an email the day after it was posted to say it had been tested and they were paying me £500.
My advice is to steer clear of Webuyanyphone

Great customer service
I spoke to Sakul today regards my trade in, he was super friendly, professional and efficiently dealt with my enquiry. I was able to reach the customer service quickly. Unfortunately the trade in offer was lower than expected so have requested my device to be returned. Glad to hear this can be done free of charge.
Fab experience
Easy to navigate the website clear instructions how to go forward and posting it off a good price!! Thank you.
