I sent WeBuyAnyPhone my iPhone which…
I sent WeBuyAnyPhone my iPhone which was absolutely in pristine condition, no marks, scuffs or scratches anywhere on the phone or screen thanks to always using a good quality protective case and screen cover.
They initially offered me £265 and then, surprise surprise contacted me with their new offer of £75 because my phone was in poor condition and heavily scratched. They are basically being dishonest because the phone I sent was in perfect condition and they claimed I sent them a purple phone but my device was white.
I’ve informed them that I would like my device back but I have a feeling they will mess me around and either send me a damaged phone that I have never owned or just not bother sending me anything.
I will look into challenging them legally as this is theft and dishonesty on an industrial scale. Take my advice and do NOT send them a phone that is in very good condition because they will not honour the initial offer and secondly they will claim that your device is in poor condition and substantially reduce the offer.
Trading Standards will be my next telephone call!
