Kris was very attentive and a very nice person to deal with.

I’m still giving it a 5 star but there was a small glitch but just one. My appointment got pushed back a week. Other than that everything went smoothly,very fair,pretty timely and I thought all parties involved did a great job!! I would recommend trying this before selling your car to private party. This way quick. Easy. Hassle free.

Will was great. Great customer service. Bid came back very low. He went and ask for more they came back with a little bit more but just wasn’t enough. I had a set price range. So we left and called me about 20 minutes after he left that they will do my price so he ended up coming back and I sold to them.
