Was quick delivery!
Thought harness was working. But 3 days on around other dogs still pulls! Difficult problem I guess!!

Quite slow delivery- 4 /5 days
Quite slow delivery- 4 /5 days, but price was the real issue as same product was half the price in retail. Won’t be using again unless prices are amended.

STAY WELL AWAY SCAMMERS
Dreadful company my parcel was left in a communal area even though there are instructions not to and it went missing I thought it would be okay as Webpets seem like a reasonable company...boy was I wrong the are rude, ignorant, unsympathetic, the person I spoke to started swearing at me and telling me to get off the phone as there we're more important customers waiting I couldn't believe what I was hearing they just kept hanging up on me even though I was polite, take my advice and STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Hi apologies for the issue with your order, it appears that you have a theft issue at your block of flats as you stated during the phone call. We have escalated this with our account manager however this is showing as delivered, along with a photo of your postal room. As for the comments regarding foul language being used, we have gone through the recording of the call and at no stage was any inappropriate language used.

Disappointed with delivery
I paid for next day delivery well before cut off time and got my order 2 days later. I also emailed about it, but didn't even get an acknowledgement let alone any explanation or apology. Ideally I wanted a refund for such an expensive delivery.
