Charged for a VPS I had cancelled over a year previously
I've found webfusion support ok. Four out of five when something is wrong with the tech.
However, when something is wrong with the billing there is no response after a week to my email and many reminders. Ive been charged over £500 for a VPS that I cancelled and nothing, no response, no number you can call ...
After many years with webfusion, because of this, they will loose any further business from me.

Incompetent
These guys are incompetent - websites/emails down for days - They just don't respond to support requests - good luck trying to find a telephone number for support !! - They have cost my clients a lot of business and aggravation - Might be ok if all you want to host is a personal blog site but no good for business users.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I was with Donhost for about fifteen years and they were very good until they were taken over by Webfusion and everything fell to bits. Webfusion took payment and still let three of my domain names expire. I had registered those domains over many years. Webfusion also removed many domain tokens from my Donhost account. I have asked several times about the domain tokens to no effect. Not even a sorry for their appallingly poor service! Absolutely the worst customer experience ever. I hope I never again have the unfortunate experience of working with a company as bad as this one.
Worst Customer Support ever
Not only did they take £160 out of my account from a service canceled a year before. They have taken over a month and a half and I still have not been refunded. The customer supports takes days (sometimes over a week) to reply. Only to get an absolutely useless reply.
There's a great bunch of web hosting providers that are worth your money over these Jokers.
Webfusion still no action to get my web site back on line after thee days.
I have made so many contacts with Webfusion over past three days but still no feed back or action from Webfusion three days without my web site is not acceptable.
They must be overwhelmed with complains and problems.
They could have posted we are having a problem on the so call Support page but nothing. Do they care about customers I do not think so.
The need to get their act together with some urgency before customer start migrating to other provider's . I have had to resort to complaining hear in the hope some one at Webfusion actually cares and gets some action to improve the situation and I get my web site back on line.

We have been with Webfusion for over 16 years and always pleased with their level of service. We have a dedicated server and there is always someone at hand to resolve technical issues. Keep up the good work!
Failed to cancel my subscription & won't refund charges.
I cancelled my Webfusion in late 2014. In October 2015, my accountants saw that I had been randomly charged £146 by webfusion. This charge should not have been levied since I had cancelled my service almost a year prior. At this point it is worth noting that there is no phone number for their customer service, and so frustratingly everything must be discussed over email. The first support ticket I raised was ignored, but eventually after a week and another email, someone got back to me. They are claiming not to have received the cancellation - and unfortunately, being almost a year ago, I no longer have the cancellation receipt. They are refusing to refund the money, despite the fact they can see the hosting has not been used since 2014. Terrible customer service.
Friendly and efficient
I raised a support ticket concerning an issue and it was dealt with promptly and very efficiently. Can't fault them.
Great tech support team
I have been with Webfusion for several years now. As a non-IT specialist, inevitably, I come across issues on a VPS server that I don't know how to handle. I just had one last week and was reminded of what a great tech support team Webfusion has. They advised me where the problem was and resolved it very quickly for me. Recommend them very highly.
Excellent support
Webfusion are fantastic because they offer managed dedicated servers which means that when you need assistance with something that is beyond your own level of knowledge they have a fantastic team of support staff there to help. Even if it is outside of their remit they can usually point you in the right direction of a solution! Simply brilliant support.
Weekend Issue.......
I am the owner of a glamour website that came under attack over the course of two weekends, the team at webfusion took on board the issues and addressed them promptly upgrading the Plesk control panel completely without charge. The same issues re-occurred a week later and Johnathan rewrote the protection levels on a Saturday afternoon to restore my website and deal with the attack issues.
I really can't praise the team enough - for dealing with these issues during weekend periods.
The ticket process is not everyone's cup of tea - but believe me it works and the response from webfusion is quick and informative.

Terrible customer service and slow support response time.
We have been using Webfusion for over 6 years. Sadly their customer service has been declining in that time. I have recently been invoiced twice for the same SSL certificate. Their responses are extremely unhelpful and as such are making it impossible for me to get a refund.
We will be migrating to another provider.
UPDATE: In response to Trustpilot's reply, I sent an email explaining the problem. So far, I have not received a reply.
Rather sums up my point.

This company is a totally scam ,they take your domain illegally before the 3 months redemption and cancellation period and sell it to one of his German partners (Berger) I think this is the name of the creature than obligates u to pay for the domain back through another scam domain sells called sedo for a skyrocketing price .Be careful with them,they are crocks.Get all the proofs u have and sue them,there are rights and u have to fight for it .Ask for damages and don't let these scam artist to take ur money .
