Thank God, I moved my website to another host before these crooks were aware. The developed my site on WordPress. The original quote was less than $2000. The final price was close to $13,000. Now they are threatening to sue me, claiming they own the site. I am reporting them to BBB and to the Attorney General of California. They probably keep their rating at 3.9 by having employees submit favorable reviews. Otherwise, they would be at zero. All the names they use to conduct business are probably phony. These are truly a group of crooks.

Highly satisfied with the service and response and I received from them. They made the website exactly like I wanted it to be. Within a week the website was delivered. Highly recommended!

My partner and I contracted this firm to create a website for our new construction arm. 6 months later, we've had enough and decided to fire them and have someone else finish. Guess what - they are NOT releasing our files! We paid in full for the website on day one - tactical error for sure. They upsold us on the logo (which took months, but we finally picked one we don't hate) and tried on at least 3 occasions to upsell us more pages for the website. You could not even finish the 5 pages you created or the form! You will never see another dime from us. Buyers beware!!

Writing this is not easy. There is occasional sparks of talent here. There is a fundamental lack of customer service, slow responses for someone who cares about their reputation, and just an overall lack of good taste in design. It's like pulling teeth. All I asked is to get my files, for which I paid good money, and they are currently holding hostage. We've decided that we could not wait any longer and terminated them after 6 months of sloooow back and forth. They did not like that, so as of 8/18/2021 they are refusing to release our unfinished website from their test servers and onto our FTP server, that they insisted we get and we've been paying for for months. One of the worst web design experiences, and this is website #30+ for me.
