Webcapitan are a Ukraine based web and graphics design outfit whom we have used for two separate and complex projects to date.

When first engaging with the team we dealt with Roman who is essentially the face and project exec for Webcapitan. When we had committed to the work we liaised with the excellent and highly organised Alex, who acts a project manager for the duration.

In both cases Webcapitan have delivered highly stable and effective websites which have stood the test of time.

We had specific needs for accessbility, for authentic representation in images and for an all cartoon/fun images layout. All of which was easily achieved and can be replicated for customers.

We never felt as though we needed to justify our design methodology which was handy as sometimes doing something differently can cause issues for some companies but Webcapitan and Alex just take change in their strides.

I had three requirements for the website: it must be responsive, scroll like an app (in parts), and be good-looking. I'm happy to report that Roman and his team delivered on target for all three!

Unfortunately, my requirements changed mid-build after my rather complex custom booking system was becoming increasingly unwieldy for the front-end to handle (I'll wear that). Luckily for me, my database developer friend happens to know just what it takes to integrate this website with our rather complicated database system, and so the project will now be gracefully handed over to him for completion.

Roman and his team did the attractive scaffolding, Google Maps integration, and payment merchant functionality to a high standard.

I did have occasional language barriers with my assigned project lead, but it was mostly overcome by patience and persistence shown by us both, and despite the small setbacks, I now have a site that looks and flows great. Just don't be afraid to consult ChatGPT if language becomes an issue (I didn't discover this until much later in the project).
