Regarding unexpected additional customs clearance costs in the EU: unfortunately, our company is not a resident of the EU or the Eurozone. Therefore, we cannot act as a tax agent and withhold taxes on behalf of European government agencies when paying for goods on our website. As an alternative for future purchases, we recommend that you consider ordering through our Etsy store. In this case, all taxes and currencies will be taken into account immediately when paying for the order.
