Great customer service. 1 of my Dahlia was out of stock and they contacted me right away. Even though a bit miscommunication as I wanted “café au lait” and they replaced “café au lait royal” but they did write in their reply and I didn’t check the email probably.
Quick shipping, the flowers were carefully packed, arrived beautifully. Happy with my order and will definitely buy here again.
I’ve been visiting this garden centre for many years & have seen all the new improved sections added, the restaurant is a lot better now, with plenty of seating areas, great choice of meals, light snacks & freshly baked cakes, the staff are all lovely and go over & above to help you especially “Rebecca” who has served us many times, always with a smile on her face and really helpful, thank you 🤗
Had a Weber BBQ delivered, the BBQ instructions included for fitting of an internal shelf; however the part was missing. I contacted Webs only to be told that Weber didnt provided this part on new models.
Whilst the BBQ works I requested a refund or a gesture of good will voucher, but was told neither would be provided. I would not recommend shopping with this company. What about my consumer rights?

Had a garden bench delivered, the bench was not fit for purpose, contacted customer service, told a date when it was to get picked up, told they would phone the night before, no one phoned, phoned again was cut off 4 times, then I got through, told they would phone back, still waiting, shocking, luckily I payed with PayPal, I would not recommend shopping on line with this company

My first order of a clematis arrived in just two days to Kent. It was very well packaged and secure in the box sitting in a base and taped to the base. The pot itself had paper taped round it to avoid soil spillage and the plant was in very good condition. Excellent service, I would definitely buy from them again.

Very good nursery for plants when ordering online. Have bought many plants online but Webbs was by far the best, The plants were planted properly in correct size plastic pots that they were grown in, (have received plants from other suppliers where is it obvious plants just put in pot) They were secured in a tight fitting box with brown paper tape over the top of the pot to stop movement of plants and also clear tape securing the pots in the box. Send in specialist plant travelling boxes that are kept upright, with air holes. Would recommend, I am buying my plants from webbs from now on.

Whilst in the beginning this purchase was a complete debokle I called and emailed Webb's and the response times were very good they assured me that someone would get back to from the online service would contact me to tell me when the plants would
arrive. However there was some confusion between DPD to say they had received the order number and they were expecting the parcel, the following morning I received another email from DPD to say the same the I called Webb's they informed me that
the parcel has been cancelled in error but assured me that the plants were on the way. Whilst I was not happy with the plants when they arrived I had an email and call from Andy at Webb's who apologised for the confusion with the website and is addressing the issues and working on them to be fixed. He very kindly addressed each issue I raised and has since re-sent my order and reiterated his apologies and was very gracious in validating my concern and the process. The customer service is outstanding and they're clearly a company who values and appreciate their customers thank you Andy for your understanding and for listening to the customer and not insisting that you're not a company who could at times make mistakes but are happy to rectify those mistakes.
We needed a Golden Anniversary rose, with none available locally, so Googled it. We ordered from Webbs Garden Centres, and received feedback on progress of order, and then delivery. Excellent service, and the rose arrived well protected and looked after. Would happily order again. Thank you

'Just had three hostas delivered. From ordering to delivery was extremely quick. The plants were lovely specimens and appropriate in size for 3 litre pots. They were packaged extremely well and arrived completely unscathed. I am very pleased.
Don’t seem to like none white people. The lady who served me was extremely rude. Avoided eye contact during our transaction, yet proceeded to tell white customers to have a good day. Will never visit there again.

It was so good to have such a friendly person pick up the phone immediately when I called customer service. Although I couldn’t be put through immediately to the department I needed, I was called back within a few minutes. I missed that call so customer service sent me an email giving me an update on my order. Just what I wanted. Delivery very quick and staff knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Thank you to the team and I will definitely use Webbs again!

I placed an order for 8 lamb's ears potted plants. The item was tracked and I received a precise one hour delivery slot confirmation from DPD. I was sceptical about ordering plants for delivery because I thought they may arrive damaged. I am pleased to say I was completely wrong! The plants were beautifully individually wrapped in recyclable paper tape and packed neatly into cardboard boxes - top marks for sustainability and taking the time to do this. The plants themselves were exactly as pictured and described - vibrant, soft, mature and ideal for planting.
They were delivered promptly and at a fantastic discounted price. Webbs is now my go to place for plants and I am not going to be visiting my local garden centres any time soon.
