Purchased some perfect fit pleated blinds which came were delivered when they were supposed to be and fit perfectly. Installation was simple, fits to the window frame and doesn't look out of place. I am absolutely amazed at the finished product which didn't need adjusting, works perfectly, is a great colour and blocks all light making then the only true black out blinds that I have ever had. The free insurance is great just in case one takes measurements wrong but the measurements were simple.

Roller blind supplied without end caps to bottom rraiil. It has taken 2 months for them to admit this is how they supply the blind. Totally unsatisfactory, will not be using this company again

Awful quality and service. The blind failed after 2 years and the company refuses to replace it. The blind keeps peeling away from the plastic fitting and doesn't remain in place longer than a week. The company thinks this is acceptable due to wear and tear (it's been in situ 2 years and opened twice a day). If you want a blind that lasts longer than 2 years, avoid.

The glue/sticky tape that they use to hold the weight bar isn’t fit for purpose. In the summer it became soft when warm and the blind fell apart. Contacted customer services and, despite this being a known problem to them, they offered to send me a new roll of sticky tape rather than replace the blind. Not very helpful. It was shame as we’d spent hundreds of pounds with them over two properties, but they just didn’t care.
