I purchased it for €0.99. No subscription is stored in the App Store because they completely bypass it. So it cannot be cancelled via the App Store. Three days later, my account was charged €19.99 without warning and without my consent. Support is not responding. There is no cancellation button in the app or on the website. This is fraud! Stay away from this company!

To clarify one important point: if a subscription does not appear in the App Store, that means it was started on our website, not through Apple’s in-app billing. Using Apple login is different from purchasing through Apple. When checkout happens on the website, it will not appear in Apple subscriptions and must be managed via the web account.
The €0.99 payment activates a 3-day trial which clearly states at checkout that it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. The €19.99 charge is that automatic renewal, not a random withdrawal.
There is a cancellation option in the web account under Account Settings → Manage Subscription. In the first hours after activation, there can be a short billing synchronization window where management controls are temporarily not visible. After that, cancellation works normally.
We absolutely do not bypass platforms or attempt to prevent cancellations. Many users who contact us directly get their issue resolved quickly.
If you’re still experiencing a problem, please contact us via Instagram DM at @lisaai_community with your username or the email used to sign up, and we will personally look into it and make sure it’s handled properly.

I feel like you really need to read the terms properly before downloading the app & purchase ai photos. Like I did but luckily I got help from one of their team members even to refund my money back.

Afterwards and even before the account deletion (which should not be done if you have a problem) I couldn’t find where we could see if our subscription was active.

Most subscription issues like this happen when a trial is started through the website (often via an ad), and the subscription continues unless it’s cancelled directly from the account billing page. In many cases, users also delete the account thinking it cancels the subscription, but deletion only removes access and content, not the billing itself.
That said, we absolutely understand how confusing this can feel.
If you message us from Instagram @lisaai_community with your username (usually starts with “user…”) or the email used to sign up (including Apple “Hide My Email” if applicable), we can locate the correct account and make sure everything is properly cancelled so no further charges happen.

No idea what this app is but for the 2nd month in a row it has charged £5.85 plus £0.17 foreign exchange rate to my bank account. First month I reported to the bank, my card was replaced and money refunded. This month they have somehow charged me again through my new debit card! There is no history of this app in my Apple account. Sent an email to Lisa Ai contact - no response. Shocking app/company/whatever it is - I’ll be disputing again.

If a charge is appearing but you can’t see anything in your Apple subscriptions, that usually means the purchase was made through our website (card payment) rather than through the App Store. In that case, it would not show inside Apple’s subscription list.
We absolutely do not have the ability to “somehow” charge a completely unrelated new card on our own. What typically happens is that when a card is replaced, banks sometimes automatically link recurring subscriptions to the updated card details to prevent service interruptions. This is handled by the bank/payment network, not manually by us.
We definitely want to resolve this for you. Please send us the email used to sign up (or, if you used Apple login, the Hide My Email address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) or the username from any welcome email to our Instagram @lisaai_community. Once we locate the correct account, we can cancel the subscription properly and make sure no further charges occur.
We’re here to help get this sorted.

I tried the app for 0.99p for 3 days to see what it was like. I personally didn’t like the pictures it created as not much resemblance but for 99p, whatever. I tried to cancel my subscription after 1 day but no where on app can you do this. Only delete the account. But then 3 days later it took 19.99 from me. I emailed them and sent a message on insta. The insta team got back to me quickly and dealt with this. So thank you.
