This company installed our many windows…

This company installed our many windows we have had lots of issues chasing Fensa certs. The warranty is not worth anything they come out if you are lucky but never resolve. After 9 years been told the front door is not properly fitted. I was also told after having leaks by one of their service guys that the windows were not measured properly. Previously two houses we owned over years never had this with two different installers etc. don’t use they are very nice on phone but inactive at trouble shooting it’s a song and dance. Do not use them. Worse company we ever used.

Poor

I had a conservatory in July 2014 , initially the look was pretty good, after a while I had a sealed unit break down, they came to replace it only to find it was the wrong size . They did come back another time and fitted the correct size . The a while after that again another unit was blown and after a while it was replaced and low and behold after another few months yet another unit had blown. They came out and replaced a poor roof panel and some broken roof bar end caps . Low and behold into year five two more sealed units have broken down, poor quality units in my view, I have fitted loads of units in my working life and never know them to blow as quick as these ones . I now have some damp ingress and the cladding on the internal box gutter keeps dropping also the French doors have dropped. I have been contacting them over the past months and have absolutely no response from them . I am really disgusted with their customer care . If you can’t look after your excising customers how do they expect to get new ones . As I am writing this I have had a call from Weatherbreak saying it’s now nothing to do with them as they no longer cover the guarantee of Alpen windows although they still have some of the same staff and trade from the same phone numbers of Alpen windows ???? They said I now have to contact Fensa and let them take over the repairs.
