Everything is fake don't trust and please check before you pay because at the end they will ask you to pay for your claim and after that they won't respond.
I lost my phone and paid for the claim too.
At the end So Sure will cheat everyone So Easily.

I thought that’s this insurance company was for me. I read lots of reviews and decided to take out insurance for my mobile phone. When my phone was stolen it felt like a battle to get them to verify my claim. Not only was my life turned upside down by the phone being snatched in broad daylight but I then had the stress of sending over a million different things to So Sure. They did eventually payout but after a significant wait.

excellent and much improved. did not have to send phone way but took to local repair shop and was reimbursed within days. did receive a few too many emails during the process which were not always referring to the most current status hence the 4 rating. but affordable quick and reliable

They've been brilliant over the years and whenever I have needed a repair have been easy to deal with.
I have over the years upgraded my phone along the way and the policy has been adjustable and fair.
I've dealt with a number of people over the years but more recently Kaleigh has been commutative

Avoid this insurance is fake fake fake because i have been with them since november and i had an incident with my iphone but they denied my claim although i provided them with all documents from vodafone and i paid £72 to make the claim which i lost to.

My Samsung fold 3 was having issues…
My Samsung fold 3 was having issues with sound, after report to So-Sure, had to answer few questions then they collected my phone for check for possible repair.
The outcome is that I paid 100£ excess and they replaced my device with same range with great condition.

Great, available customer service team.
This insurance is cheap, effective and simple to navigate when things go wrong with your phone.
I broke my phone (but it was still usable) I was offered to have So-sure collect it for repair / replacement but I explained that I had a baby at home and work far from home too so I would struggle without my phone. They offered that I take it to a local repair shop and authorised an amount for the repairs which I found incredibly helpful.
The repair shops I visited advised me that the phone wasn't worth repairing so I took this info back to So-sure who then worked with me by saying I could order my own, excellent condition refurbished phone from Back Market. They checked the current price and authorised a reimbursement for that amount minus my excess (which is only £50 provided you verify that your phone was originally in good condition)
This allowed me to have a next day delivery Pixel to be delivered to me, I could transfer all my apps and data onto the new phone before sending the broken one to So-sure to be assessed (we already knew it was a write off) they then sent the cost of the new phone directly to my bank.
Throughout the whole process, the So-sure team were great! And they were totally available via email or phone.
It was the most pleasant insurance experience I've had to date.
I felt heard, understood and I felt like they actually cared about my personal situation rather than just money.
