Quick and fuss free claims!
I’ve been with so sure a while now and I’ve never had a problem with them. I’ve had one repaired phone and a replacement phone through claims. Both times they were helpful, polite and dealt with my claim in a very reasonable time. Can’t fault them at all!

Ok for value and service
Not the cheapest option and the company they used to fulfil my replacement phone was a bit useless. So Sure took no responsibility for them, saying I had to contact them about any issues. Did get a replacement phone though and it was a brand new one so not all bad.
