From my initial meeting with David who came to value my house I've has nothing but praise for this company. David took brilliant photographs of my house and I had an offer within 2 days.
Kate who I dealt with is really pleasant and professional. She has done a really great job.
The price is really competitive and well worth the money. I would definitely use them again, infact I've used them again for my mum's property.

WeLocate are an outstanding bunch of very professional people. We literally have had our hand help throughout the whole process of selling our house to moving into our new home.
To be very specific, Pauline and Kate are brilliant beyond words. Both ladies have been so proactive and steadfast in ensuring deadlines have been met that has ensured we moved in the date we planned. Without question WeLocate cannot beaten on any level.

Fantastic service throughout the whole process of selling my home. From taking the initial photos and putting the house on all the property websites and apps to the accompanied viewings. I was kept informed about the sale progress right through to completion. Welocate sold my house fast. I would highly recommend welocate to sell your home fast and professionally.

A fantastic experience from start to finish.. Kate, Emma and Pauline were all very helpful to me at a very stressful time in my life. Emma showed me round the bungalow that is now my home. She was helpful and informative and also gave me the opportunity to look round by myself. I also looked round with a couple who came to view after me.
Kate was very helpful and kept me informed about all stages of the move. She negotiated with the sellers for me and any questions I wanted her to put to them were handled straight away. I didn't have to hang around waiting for answers at any point. I knew if I needed her for anything she would help me. She was in regular contact for over 3 months. If I needed to prompt my Solicitors or buyers about e.g. exchange and completion dates, she would remind me.
I met Pauline once when I collected the keys and I spoke to her on the phone beforehand. She was very helpful also.
I would recommend this company to anybody. They take the stress out of the moving and buying experience and add the excitement !

The process from start to finish was excellent, from the initial consultation, the standard and quality of the photos, through to the negotiation of the sale of the house. I had 3 estate agents around and Jamie was the most genuine of them all. Professional yet friendly. Jamie took amazing photos of my house!
Everything moved very swiftly and my property sold subject to contract within 2 weeks. At this point onwards I dealt with Kate (negotiator) who couldn’t have been more helpful. Again professional but friendly; she liaised with everyone on my behalf which helped reduce my stress levels! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending We Locate, they might not be the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for and I’m glad I opted for them as I couldn’t fault their customer service. Thanks!

As a first time buyer it was much appreciated to purchase through a company whose staff were always on hand to answer any questions I had. Pauline helped guide me through the buying process and was my main point of contact. When Pauline was on holiday, Kate was there, fully up to speed with the purchase, Despite not being his job even the mortgage adviser, Steve, was happy to take time out of his day to contact the vendor to assist me in my purchase. All in all this is a very easy company to buy through, made that way by their great staff.

Can't fault these folks, they worked hard to find buyers and then really put themselves out to help with the sale. A tricky sale was monitored and followed up at all times so thanks must go to Natalie, Kate and Pauline who were lovely and friendly to deal with. Thank-you..

We engaged WeLocate after a recommendation from a friend. From start to finish we have been happy with the service. The property sold within its first week of marketing, WeLocate had lined up about 10 viewings, the 1st was considering an offer, the 2nd one did straight away. It took some time for the sale to complete but that wasn't down to WeLocate - the solicitors were the problem - however Pauline at WeLocate kept us unto date each and every week. And all for a very nice small fixed fee.
