We cannot recommend Welocate highly enough! From the first time we met Jamie at the initial valuation through the whole experience everyone was so helpful, professional and supportive. All viewings were accompanied usually by Gracie and feedback was promptly given by Pauline and Kate. The whole process of selling a house in the middle of a pandemic was made as safe and as easy as possible. The price we achieved was certainly more than we would have achieved by the other companies who valued our property and we are so happy with the results. We are never going to sell a property again but will definitely recommend Welocate to anyone who is going to sell. Thank you all so much!!

We had been trying to sell our home for well over 12 months and used 3 different local Estate Agents. In that time we never even got close to selling and could count the viewings on one hand!

Once Jamie visited and produced a video of our property the experience changed dramatically and viewers started visiting and the offers started coming in. Pauline and Kate kept us informed and provided regular feedback. Jamie was on hand if more detailed feedback was necessary. All the viewings were handled by WeLocate and it was stress free for us.

The team grew to know us and the prospective buyers and we received several offers. In the end we went for a the buyer we felt was most dedicated to buying our property rather than the highest bidder. This made the chain and transaction simple and we never felt at risk of it all going pear shaped ( as so many chains and sales these days do).

We ended up selling our house to a lovely family and we can finally move on to new pastures . We are really grateful for the team and their friendly expertise for turning things around for us. The video Jamie made was definitely the turning point and almost made us want to stay put :D

I would definitely recommend WeLocate above all other Estate Agents in Bury from our experience. I hope the company grows and we can use them again if we ever need to in Rural Lancashire ( our new home)

We had a very good experience with We Locate. They marketed the property that we have bought with great videos and photos. We had a long slot for our viewing which helped us make the decision to buy. Once we agreed the price with the seller, we worked closely with Kate, and when she wasn't in the office, Pauline. They both made the process feel seamless from start to finish and went the extra mile so we could move in within 9 weeks. Would definitely recommend selling or buying with WeLocate!

We used 3 services at WeLocate; to sell our house, to handle the onward negotiation and to arrange a mortgage for the new place. The whole process was completely flawless.
