I love working with Wayte, Fran especially! She takes all the hard work out of travel arranging, but more importantly rescheduling. And she knows our individuals and personalities so well that she always tailors the solution to their requirements and preferences. Fran allows me to get on with the actual day job!

A huge thank you to Nikkie , she went above and beyond—working late and putting in an incredible amount of effort to make sure my colleagues were rebooked on suitable flights when the airline we booked through unexpectedly cancelled the booking last minute. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled with professionalism, persistence, and genuine care. Nikkie kept me informed, explored all available options, and made sure everything was sorted as smoothly as possible. I’m so grateful for her hard work and I would highly recommend Nikkie at WTM to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional travel booker.

Wayte travel was recommended to us from the outset by Jersey Rugby Club. The super efficient Brenda was soon on the case and had sorted out group travel for 27, hotels, transfers all efficiently. Always personable, and timely in her communication, including early Saturday morning when we were on the way to the airport. Could not be faulted. Would highly recommend.

We have been working with Wayte for a few years now, beginning small with our staff travel then hitting them with our 100+per month international contractor-base, booking in dangerous and obscure locations. For a team half the size of our previous TMC, the service is infinitely better. We receive bespoke (and polite and lovely) service from the team and their expertise allows them to adapt to our needs, including a mass exodus early on in the pandemic and all the red tape that came with it. Age really is wisdom with Wayte, as their years of experience and loyal long-serving staff give it family vibes, but with the corporate and professional service required to satisfy even the toughest Client.

I can’t speak highly enough of Gary Pennicott (our primary contact) and the entire team at Wayte. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are thorough, provide invaluable advice, are always quick to respond and help us maintain our travel policy. All round they provide an amazing service which we would be lost without!

An extremely knowledgeable team that think the way we do, help us stay within our policy and make you feel as you are all working together.
