Thomas from Red Wave, booked our first Virgin Cruise. Transatlantic from Miami to Barcelona on Scarlet Lady. Thomas got us a great deal at a great price.
Thomas was also on our cruise and could not have looked after us any better. He continually checked in with us to ensure that we were all having a great time with no issues, even though it was also his holiday.
I would definitely book with Red Wave again and would highly recommend them

Just booked a cruise with Phil at Red wave! Absolutely amazing as we had missed a great price on a future cruise but as the rate became available Phil secured it for us which was just brilliant as it was a bucket list destination for us. Looking forward to working with Red Wave as it’s so much better to have a First Mate v direct book with Virgin Voyages.

We are yet to take our cruise but have to say that the booking process has been brilliant with Philip. We are new to Virgin Voyages cruising and he was very helpful with getting us into the most suitable cabin. Communication via the app is speedy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any bookings going forward.
