To collect a vehicle with Waygo, it is mandatory to present a credit card in the name of the main driver, with a minimum validity of 3 months. This card is required to place the security deposit for the insurance excess, and this requirement is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions.
Regarding the refund, the amount returned was calculated according to the cancellation policy associated with the reservation.

Deposit return

15 days after checkout I dont receive my deposit return yet. I check my credit card account several times and it doesnt appear. Do yo have some problems?

Waygo saved my holiday

Waygo had a car for me when another company cancelled my car. They helped me with a great Nissan, all went smooth and had a great experience with them.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this car rental company from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The car was spotless, modern, and in excellent condition – it felt like driving a brand-new vehicle. Pick-up and drop-off were quick and hassle-free, and the location was very convenient. I truly appreciated the flexibility and personalized service throughout the entire process.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service ! The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Easy pickup and drop off at the airport. Cars are clean and ready to go when you arrive.

Very good carrental in Lisbon

Everything was ready in time. Collecting the car there was no waiting time within 15 min on our way. Returning the car was finished within 5 min and a few minutes in their shuttle to the airport outstanding service. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Be wary of this company.

Be wary of this company.
I rented a car from.them in early November and when I returned it their representative checked it very thoroughly and confirmed everything was OK.
Tge next day I noticed a charge on my credit card for £150 'damages' which 100% were absolutely not caused by me.
On disputing this the are claiming their representative pointed this damage to the back of a seat out to me which he did not.
I did not cause this stain and their representative is lying about it...be warned !!!
