4 days after the item was supposed to be delivered, we have only had 1 of 2 parcels. No update from Wayfair or Evri on its whereabouts. If I could leave 0 stars I would have.

The order was canceled immediately because I need 2pack (4 chairs) but you still delivered one pack (2 chairs). The pack need to be returned as the chairs are out of stock. Money shouldn't have been collected as the order was canceled immediately.

Table arrived with two items missing
Reported on the 12th July and am still awaiting delivery of these missing items so the table is now having to be stored awaiting assembly which is a major inconvenience

Good quality but
My experience with Wayfair quality and value of products is very good but, I have a problem with delivery. They never deliver on the day you say you will. This is very frustrating, when you are expecting something and it doesn’t come.
