i tried to return 4 wallpaper rolls

i tried to return 4 wallpaper rolls, and they want to chrge £18 return sith DHL, pointless return them because the refund goes on postage, ridiculous, i could send these myself fof £ 2.94 with Evri.
I dont think i will use Wayfair again

Do not order from Wayfair!

Awful experience with Wayfair. Ordered a baby cot to be delivered within 2 days. Delivery status never updated just kept saying preparing for dispatch, until the expected delivery date when it said ‘Delayed’. At this point I tried to cancel my order but was told it was too late to cancel.
When the item eventually arrived, I returned it immediately (didn’t even take package off the delivery van). Spoke to a lady on the phone who said she processed the return and instructed the delivery driver to take the package back to the depot then and there.
Over a week later, the return has still not been processed and I keep receiving notification to say the package will be re-delivered. Despite speaking to Wayfair on the phone several days in a row, the package has still been re-delivered to my house more than once. It seems no one in the customer service team knows how to process a return. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told it’s not possible.
I used Klarna as a payment method and even Klarna have now emailed me to explain Wayfair have not processed any return at all. On top of that, Wayfair want to charge me £19.99 for the return delivery fee! The worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will not order from them again which is unfortunate because I had seen several other furniture items that I was interested in buying. 0 stars. Do not bother. Buy from somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

Terrible delivery information

Nothing wrong with the product but the shipping and tracking process was useless. When I ordered the email said 14th July delivery only to magically change to a week later the day before delivery. When I requested a refund via the site I was told it was too late although there was a week left but then received an email from the courier saying it would be delivered the next day. I then received an email from Wayfair with a different, and incorrect day!

Sturdy console table

Ordering is easy. I was given the delivery date. I received text messages telling me my order was being delivered a day earlier than planned. This then came within the delivery time I had been given. The console table I had ordered had to be erected, and only took about 15 minutes. It is very sturdy, and I am very impressed.

Order 4432974114

Order 4432974114 - Keter 8x8 Storage shed. I received 3 x big boxes out of 14 (these should come all together) Opened box 1 and found 1 x middle floor section missing where they should be 2. Spoke to Wayfair and all i got was a contact number for Keter. Spoke to Keter and they do not have the floor section i require and advised me to speak with Wayfair for an alternative solution. Contacted Wayfair and and passed on the Keter response. Also received another email to contact Keter. At present i have 3 x big boxes on my lawn and no delivery time on my outstanding boxes. Not happy with Wayfair and will probably ask for a refund if nothing gets sorted out by Monday.

Bad experience

Bad experience. Umbrella badly made with missing stitching and gaps. Your refund policy is a nightmare and unable for me to negotiate. I will never again buy from wayfair. Please remove me from your mailing list
