Like the location but my salads was made totally wrong

Wawa on route 40 in Elmer nj ….When they are making more then one salad at a time they need to make sure they are preparing the salads as requested I ordered tonight me and my wife salads was a total mix up the worst part of the mix up was the dressing… I had her salad dressing that I don’t like and she had my onions that she don’t eat I understand they have to Multitask at times but ppl want what they ordered

WORST pizza I’ve tried.

I have had the pizza 4 times and it is horrible. Tried it when it was on sale and thought it was fair for the sale price (acme’s frozen pizza is better). The second time I tried the pizza they had a problem with the dough; it kept sticking to the pan and they trashed complete pizza’s for two days. Imagine, you make pizza but can’t figure out why the dough is sticking to the pan for 2 days. Genius idea, while I was waiting over an hour for mine someone said sprinkle flour over the pan. I gave them a break on that pizza fiasco. Tried two more times and finally said enough. The dough tastes like it’s frozen, it does not rise when cooked, there is no fluffy crust: sauce dries out when it’s cooked and the best part of this horrible pizza is the cheese, but it is put on sparingly. I will say that the pizza is consistent though: CONSISTENTLY BAD. Not worth the price, even the sale price. Go down the block and get a real, fresh, good pizza from a pizza shop. Wawa, you tried and failed at this one. let it go.

Have had both the chicken salad and…

Have had both the chicken salad and italian subs. Both excellent. Lots of chicken salad...I ordered extra chicken salad at the kiosk. The Italian sub was among the best I have had. Again, I ordered extra meat and cheese at the kiosk. PLENTY of meat and cheese. Highly recommend.Ranked up there with Jersey Mikes Italian.

Horrible customer service. I was waiting there for 20 minutes and I ordered two medium chicken corn chowder soups so I got the wrong order. I paid for two mediums, and they tried hand me a small and I paid for two pieces of bread, and they only gave me one I am never going back to that Wawa.

Poor service: Update

I don't expect any response from the owner, as they don't appear to take reviews seriously.

I was at this location around 7:15 p.m. I ordered a milkshake, and some soup using the order screen near the food area. I printed out the receipt and took it along with 2 bottled Pepsi colas to the front register. I watched the elderly gentleman at the register scan my food receipt and the 2 colas. They have a policy of not giving receipts unless you ask for one, so I thanked him and returned to pick up the food.
No problem with the soup, but the employee making the shakes insisted that I had not paid. I told her that I had paid. After a back and forth with her, I requested a manager (Caucasian female with her hair in a bun). A BIG MISTAKE!!! After explaining to her that I had paid, and had watched the cashier scan the receipt, she insisted that I had not paid. After getting nowhere with this idiot, I asked her to follow me to the front to ask the cashier. I said this didn't make any sense, as I had paid. Her response "Don't start with me." (Total Ghetto Queen behavior). I immediately responded with "Don't you start with me!!! She must have thought she was in control of me. I don't think so. We proceeded to the front. Instead of asking the cashier, who could have verified that he had checked me out, she went to another register and said it didn't show that I had paid. I had only paid for 2 Pepsi Colas. After not getting any reasonable excuse from her as to why, I told her to give me a refund. She said that she was only going to refund me for the sodas. Was she assuming that I was there to steal food from them, and get a refund for items that she insisted that I had not paid for? Probably, as she appears to be incompetent.

Instead of looking for the reason why my food order was not registered when it was scanned; she is now stuck with a large milkshake and large soup that she has to throw away. Pure genius decision making on her part. As I was leaving, she continued to shout at me in a condensing manner. One was a sarcastic "you have a blessed day." Did I say Ghetto?? This establishment just lost another food customer.

Maybe the cashier being new didn't properly scan the receipt?? We will never know, as this idiot manager didn't do any investigation.

Ordered at the new drive thru WaWa on…

Ordered at the new drive thru WaWa on East Bay and Keene in Largo Florida. Long anticipated opening, grand opening last week. Ordered breakfast items at 9:45am Thursday June 21st. The drive thru lane to the window is extremely tight with huge pylons and I'm in a midsize Toyota vehicle, can only imagine the challenges for a larger vehicle or truck. Ordered bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. Noticable difference in the freshness between the 2 sandwiches. Sausage croissant was fresh and flavorful, bacon croissant, not so much. It definitely had been under the heat lamp too long. Then I saw the time stamp on each package. As expected, at 9:45am, the sausage croissant stamp said good til 10:25 am, the bacon croissant said 9:45am, and I ordered at 9:45am. Would have been a better experience if WaWa would have provided a fresher bacon croissant. Will probably visit again, but definitely will check the time stamp before I leave drive thru. Easy access from East Bay and Keene, but the tightness of the drive thru is absolutely a negative factor. Rated the experience a mediocre 3.

Store 5306, Lisa

Store 5306, St Petersburg. Went to get cigarettes. She asked for ID. I explained I’ve been coming here 2 years and have never been asked for ID. She said I’m doing my job. I agreed but told her I didn’t bring my ID. Asked for a manager. He was right there and gave her the ok to give me the cigarettes (he has waited on me numerous times). I said thank you have a great day. She said DONT have a good day. I said wow that was rude. She said YOURE an a-hoke ( the site won’t let me write the exact word) . Unacceptable. Her name is Lisa. Store 5306. 8:30 pm on 2/4/24. Manager said NOTHING. Reported both.

Worst pizza and mediocre food

Worst pizza!! 🤢🤮 disgusting!! And most of their meals are not good and they give you very little. This company needs to fix this problem or shut down for good! Invest in customers stop giving crap 💩 food.

Stole my money!

Got $25 gas. Checked bank account later. They took $150 off my debit card! Hard to find number to store. Finally did. They said “that happens sometimes” What???!! Since when? Why? A debit card is basically cash. I didn’t even use a credit card! Now I can’t pay a specialist Dr bill that I needed the gas to get to..60 mi away. Don’t have any idea or much hope of ever seeing MY money again that they stole. Said it was probably a “hold”! On a debit card! $25 purchase?! My money might be back in 24 hrs if I just stay calm and wait and see. MIGHT?24 hrs? No notice that this could happen! Are you kidding me?! Tell that to the oncologist that wants paid that I already owe a lot of money. I’m screwed. And pissed. STAY AWAY FROM WAWA!!!

Robin at the Elton Adelphia rt9 Wawa is extremely rude and not nice to alot of customers. I've worked with her long enough to where I left. Simple hard working people come in and she is a nasty bird. Looks like a bird too.

purpose of ordering online

Place an online order, bacon egg and cheese on croissant 5mins before arrival at store. I get there and still had to wait another 4 mins. The Boston St store in Baltimore, Md had no customers when i arrived. 4 Employees were just standing having a group conversation

Horrible and filthy

Horrible and filthy. I wish I could post the pictures I took. Bathroom is key pad locked… went I went in I was horrified at the discuss… it had not been cleaned for days… toilet paper every where on floor; woman’s products… no toilet paper in stalls; counter where you order dirty and person moping in store using a filthy mop. I would never order food at the NMB WAWA…

Caramel Apple Coffee is HORRIBLE

Food is to be expected, whatever. That’s not my gripe.

My gripe is the recent Fall Flavors that came out.

Usually, I trust my gut - anything Apple flavor is usually WAY too artificial and it’s just disgusting. But the horrendous, god forsaken, Caramel Apple Coffee? That was the absolute worst thing I have ever tasted in my life.

Apple does NOT belong in coffee. I’m just as furious at myself for thinking it was a good idea to buy; but whoever thought it was a good idea to make, let alone whoever was responsible for passing it as a GOOD flavor, should all be fired. Your taste buds are rancid, and you have no business taste testing before things are approved for sale.

Mecury blvd site in hampton long wait, poor service

Mecury blvd site in hampton. 1st time spent 40 min in line to order and receive food. Was advised time would be shorter if i had only used the app. Second time used app as advised, another 30 min. waited at counter for order, to be told to go to register to pick up and at register they had to go back to counter and on return advised someone stole my order. And to please wait in line and order again. No thank you.
