Not all wawa are bad, but the one in Melbourne off 192 west New Haven is the worst one I ever been in especially after hours. Don’t try and get hot coffee at 430 in the morning. They might be brewing... See more

First Timer

First time trying their food. Seen the ads for the brisket panini. Have to say it was terrible. Very salty, the meat looked more like stew meat and the bread, well one side was too tough to bite through.
Needless to say, I won't be returning for food any time soon.

I may be lucky

I may be lucky, but I've never been to a Wawa that wasn't great. Employees are usually very friendly, stores are clean, and they have a huge variety of products (especially the newer stores). When vacationing in Florida the first thing I look for is the location of the closest Wawa. For me, it's a destination (especially the one on Orange Blossom Rd., overlooking Sea World). If I could, 6 stars!

Coffee…

My husband and I always loved their dark roast coffee but lately it has tasted like light to medium roast. It is definitely not the same cuban style. We tried both Ft Pierce and Vero beach stores ond different mornings. Same watery coffee sold as dark roast. Not happy. Oh well, we'll make our own from now on.

The WaWa near me at Richmond St

The WaWa near me at Richmond St. & Allegheny Ave. is an utterly disgusting joke. I don't order food there anymore because of how sloppily it is always served, but I will go in for milk or iced tea. Most of the time I go there, there are unkempt people hanging around asking for money. When they're not asking for money, they are around the back of the store reliving themselves in a corner by the outside central air conditioner. The scent of urine permeates the air back there. The store is always dirty looking and there is a huge turnover in staff from week to week. Last week, I was in there and a food preparer got into a huge argument with a customer while using all sorts of profanities in the presence of other customers. Today, I went in for some iced tea and no one was at the register. As the line that was forming got longer and longer, no one was there to check people out. There were other staff behind the counter preparing takeout orders while ignoring the people in the ever-growing line. They call this a convenience store? If you ask me, there is nothing convenient about it, from the men begging and urinating outside, to the deli-girl screaming profanities at customers, the filth of the place (inside and out), the high cost of everything, and a manager who is MIA, while patrons stand in line waiting for a cashier who never came while I was there. I just left my stuff on the counter and walked out! I went to the mini-market next door (much cleaner and more efficient) and got what I needed in less time than it took me to walk over there. I will be avoiding this WaWa, and all others, in the future.

WAWA HAS CHANGED!!

Have been a Wawa customer in NJ for many, many years. Hot mocha latte is my love especially and was something I bought every day. They have gotten so expensive, $4.15 for 16 oz, that I can only get a couple times a week. Wawa used to put these on sale at least a couple times a year for a month. I haven't seen a sale for a year+. I used to get them as rewards through the app but I seldom get that. Now usually rewarded with a yogurt parfait or muffin. Mostly items I never buy like soda or fountain drinks. We always get the Gobblers when they come out. Always used to be filled to the top. This year, 2022, bowl is only half full, not like the commercials or pictures show, and again, expensive for what you're getting. Only got a couple times before we said they weren't going to get any better. Sandwichs are not filled like the commercials and pics show. Clubs sandwichs, which are 3 layers, are like a regular sandwich now. Gas prices are ridiculous. I don't even buy gas at Wawa anymore. I was a regular customer. How can a huge corporation with huge buying power charge $.30+ more a gallon than the local gas station owned by one person? Such a rip off. Wawa is raping its loyal customers who have made them who they are!!! Wawa should remember that and start revamping their store policies by bringing back quality food, giving the customer what they ordered instead of a watered down version of it and lowering their prices!!! I regularly frequent the Mt. Laurel Wawa on Larchmont Blvd. and Mt. Laurel Rd. The only good thing about that store are the employees. They are always kind and respectful, you are met with a smile and Hello. I know a few of them by name and they know my name, and a familiar greeting is so pleasant. That's what keeps me returning to that store.

Hope you get what you actually ordered

Ordering from the Wawa app is extremely easy; however, good luck getting what you actually ordered. If they’re not going to actually take the time to ensure that they are putting the correct items in the bag, then they shouldn’t offer them on the website. I don’t know how you confuse pepperoni and cheese with grapes and cheese.

Very dirty store!

On December 6, around 10:00 am, I went to the wawa on Germantown Ave. and Allen's ln in Philadelphia. I wanted a sandwich and coffee but quickly changed my mind. The coffee area was filthy! There was trash and spills all over it. The entire store was dirty. The floor looked like it hasn't been swept in days. I went to the kiosk to place my order. Two deli workers were disrespecting a customer. Right then I decided to leave. I've been going there for years and I've never seen it this bad.

Today is October 25 I went into the Wawa on nova Road at the corner of Mason ordered a egg ham and cheese croissant and a side of bacon when I got to the cash register with my other drinks two Pepsi‘s and a whole milk the cashier told me that I had to use cache and not my mobile app and then when I went to go pick up my food I was standing there for a good 20 minutes waiting for my food number to be called and I literally see my food sitting on their counter the entire time and they not calling me and when I asked them to please remake it because it’s been sitting there for 20 minutes they told me no so I asked for a refund and they told me I could not get a refund either I am already late for work because it took them 20 minutes to tell me that my food was ready and then when wouldn’t remake it it wouldn’t give me a refund for it He got to the point where I couldn’t wait any longer for them to do what they’re supposed to do because I was already late for work so I had to leave and I left the food there

Wawa in Pompano Beach 33064 some of the service representatives are quite rude. I have ordered online when I get there they don’t know where the rest of my order is and look at me like it’s my fault. Extremely disrespectful I sent a couple of complaints of WaWa with absolutely no response whatsoever. Horrible service and location

I frequent many Wawa's in New Jersey and Pennsylvania every day of the week except Saturday and Sunday. They're convenient for a cold beverage during the long work day. Our only complaint is that the bathrooms at 90% of the Wawa's are extremely filthy and disgusting. This is the only reason why we usually won't eat something prepared at the store. If the bathrooms are that nasty, what is the rest of the store like?
