Very, very basic instrument
No registers, very narrow sound range (I cannot play the most famous Scarlatti Sonata No. 1 Op. 141). Sounds good, but it is not a harpsichord for classical purposes.

Unresponsive support and poor customer experience
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this company. Since April 6, 2026, I’ve sent multiple support requests regarding one of their products which I own, but have received no response at all.
What’s even more concerning is that this doesn’t seem to be an isolated case—other customer reviews mention the same pattern of unresponsiveness.
When support is this difficult to reach, it makes it hard to trust the company, especially when dealing with paid products. On top of that, my interactions have felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing audio plugins from this company to think twice. Reliable customer support is essential, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
