Loss of push notifications.

I had a loss of push notifications on my iPhone, the ismartgate team responded quickly and a fix was implemented and resolved the issue.

A fabulous product with awesome customer support

I’ve been an ismartgate customer for a few years now and I couldn’t be happier.
I’m no tech genius and when I’ve struggled to understand where I’m going wrong Sam has always been there with easy to understand instructions to get me up and running.

The convenience of using this product on our sliding gate has been life changing. I have been able to share the gate with my family and it works on CarPlay too!

If you’re thinking about getting one, do it, you won't be sorry.

Ismartgate Lite

Really satisfied. It works as it should. Could have given the full pot with 5 stars, but pulls a bit because I'm struggling with the sensor. It always shows that the garage door is down regardless of whose position it is in. Was in contact with support, they responded quickly and gave tips. It worked for 1 day, then I had the same problem again. :)

Great Product, great customer service!

iSmartgate is a really great product. It works on your iphone, with Homekit, with remote access, with LAN access and integrates to home assistant easily.

The open/close sensor contains a very accurate temperature sensor which works in extreme cold and hot as well (tested both). Best of all the current battery charge is 80% after 3.5 years. The company didn't skimp on quality batteries, it has 2 x LR1 batteries which is a nice overkill.

Yesterday I had some technical difficulties with the HomeKit integration. I sent an email and got an exhaustive response within 12 hours. All problems are solved.

Highly recommended!

Great aftermarket support

Actual iIsmartgate gate unit has been working seamlessly for close to two years. An issue with the power unit was determined. Response was immediate and replacement was swiftly organised.

Fantastic customer service
Had some issues with my module after 3 years of seamless working.
Contacted iSmartgate support told them I had recently changed the battery
