Wave Home Experience

Thanks for giving a good chance to share my positive experience with Wave Home Solutions. The equipment is not difficult to install and probably should require the homeowner to have there water tested prior to installing. That is my fault for not testing and deciding what filters to use on the system. They have been responsive to my water situation and I highly recommend.

their products work

have used the full home water filter system and the air removal system for mold, that is much better than a dehumidifier. and the best thing about them is their customer service. they remember who i am and always ready to help work out any kinks i have had. have used their products for 10yrs. my home is air clean and water clean

SAFER WATER

NOT AS EASY TO INSTALL AS WAS LEAD TO BELIIEVE. BUT HAVE IT INSTALLED, SEVERAL LEAKS IN THE BEGINNING ( PLASTIC ). HOPEFULLY IT WHILE HOLD UP AND KEEP OUR WATER TASTIE AND SSOFTER.

Anti scaler

Great job easy to work with, system does work, anti scale filter was installed and cleaned dishes with no spotting they are a little secretive about there supplier and web site didn't cover the water side very well.

Great tasting water

For the first time I can honestly say I love the taste of my water. I have city water coming into my house and wonderful water coming from my taps. It is difficult to believe the water I love,so much is coming from my tap. The plumber that put it in for me, commented on the ease of installing the wave. I have recommended it to all my friends and all the workmen that are restoring my home.

Water, water everywhere but none to bathe.

I tried expensive water filters and they did not work on my water - it tasted and smelled disgusting. Interestingly, the cheap Britta and Pur filters did an excellent job but I could not use them to wash clothes or have a leasurely bath in my 6ft tub. After doing research I chose WAVE Home Solutions Duplexx system and now I can drink water directly from my faucet without having that cluncky filter attached to the spigot and I can take a bath in my huge tub. Thanks WAVE!

Good product

Salesman was very knowledgable. Easy to install. Water texture and taste greatly improved. Did need to install twice. Used the Teflon tape and had leaks. Had to get plumbers putty and it's working like a charm.

Wish there was a chart to remind when to change filters.

Just Installed on my Well.

I just installed this filtering system on my well. It was easy to install and I was amazed that it was that easy. I'm waiting to see now how it filters my irrigation well water and if it gets rid of the iron.

will write again in a month about my progress.

HydroCare Iron 300X

Awesome product plus knowledgeable and helpful people at Wave Home Solutions. Solved our well water issues in which we were plagued with immense iron, rust bacteria, super orange water and yucky smell and taste. The 300X got rid of all of it!!!! Thanks ever so much. We would not hesitate to refer you to our friends and family who experience the same or similar water issues.

Attentive service for Quadplex water system

WAVE shipped our Quadplex filtering system quickly, but we haven't decided whether the unit is satisfactory for our needs. But, my main dissatisfaction with WAVE was their shipment of replacement filters that were expensive and unnecessary. Instead of encouraging us to purchase the primary filters, they sold us the more expensive secondary filters (3 times the cost). Then we had to go back to them, purchase the needed filters plus pay what I felt was an excessive shipping cost. I even told them that the manufacturer said that we didn't need those filters, and they offered no compensation. I think it's a good idea to offer customers the replacement filters when they're purchasing the Quadplex, but they should send the correct filters. I felt that this was just a way of making more money at an unneeded cost to the customer.

Bad customer service.

The product is great but good luck talking to somebody who knows the product for help. Pretty bad customer service when they are not making money off you. You have to leave messages and then they will email you a file to answer your question.
