Hydrocare System

We installed hydrocare system two months ago because we had problems with hard water deposits especially on countertops, sink area, and faucets. We have thoroughly cleaned those areas of their deposits and since installing that system two months ago, we haven't seen any more deposits. This product has worked wonders for us.

The water unit came on time and …

The water unit came on time and undamaged. My contractor installed it quickly and easily. It did help that he currently has the same unit in his home. So far, it appears to be working just fine. I did order a second set of filters directly from the company to have on hand.

Very Satusfied!

Our basement while dry, had a very strong musty smell. It was so bad, that anytime I would go into the basement, I wore an air filter mask. We installed the Wave ventilation system a couple of weeks ago and within just 48 hours we noticed a huge improvement in the smell & air quality. We are thankful for your product. We have our basement back.

awesome system

We purchased the city system and after a quick easy installation the water quality was almost instantly better, and after a month it just keeps getting better. I take a water jug to work and by noon the water in the jug was undrinkable but now it stays fresh all day plus. we couldn't be happier with our purchase

Happy Customer!

We were very happy with all the people we dealt with when ordering the Wave System and the installation of the product. Everyone was very responsive to our requests and needs. The system seems to be working great. Definitely has helped with the musty odor in our basement.

Hesitant -Now Happy

"My wave ventilation system arrived within two days of placing the order and my installer had the unit in a week later. The installer was excellent and very helpful. My basement location was not an easy install and he did a great job locating additional vents. He was very courteous and placed mats at all locations. I am very pleased with the unit so far. The unit has definitely made a difference in the smell and freshness. I am anxious to see how it handles the high humidity days to come."

Best water ever

This company had great customer service. Quick and easy in explanation and ordering the City Maxx. System provides great water quality for both drinking and bathing. Skin and hair smooth and silky. Water doesn't taste like salt anymore, better than bottled water.

How the Wave Ventialtion system and Air Purification relieved my worries

"The Wave Ventilation system is truly amazing. I used to have a basement smell no matter what I did, but once I installed the Wave Ventilation system, my problem was solved. It's completely worry free and takes care of the humidity level all by itself. I also purchased the Wave Air Purifier which is also incredible. The quality of these two products are high grade."

Company made the effort to correct their mistake

I submitted an earlier review/complaint that the product shipped to me was not what I ordered. Well, I'm revising my review to say the company called me and explained the price of the product I wanted was actually $300-450 more. Can't recall the exact amount as it's been couple months. But Helene agreed with me to pay an additional amount less than that despite the company having to cover shipping twice. The 2nd attempt resulted in me getting my original order. I'm happy with the unit. Initially it was drawing the humid air from the top floor too quickly. I called tech support, who helped me with the settings. The unit now maintains a relative humidity level of 55%. There used to be a stale odor smell in the basement. Now it's gone due to the unit.

Great Customer Experience. Poor Filtering Product.

The customer experience was great, I only hoped that the rep. would have explained more on the limestone filter cartridge, as to why it's only about 1/3 full, because of this I believe it's not working to it's full potential. I still get calcium stains on my shower glass doors, and my family complains about how the hard water is damaging their hair,
Overall, I'm only 33.3% satisfied. PLEASE HELP!!!

Already seeing improvement

We have notice improvement in our water. We still have the water softener at the moment because we have to schedule a plumber to remove it, but we can actually use our dishwasher again with much less water staining issues.

Great follow up on everything!

Some items in our shipment were broken and we received replacements very quickly. Good customer service, Very pleased with the filter and can tell a big difference in the water.

Poor Product, Worse Customer Service

I purchased a Limescale filter system in August of 2016, which cost me over $1,000 with professional installation. Right from the start there were problems with seriously decreased water pressure (they promise no reduction in pressure) and performance issues with descaler. I have had a very hard time getting any customer service and any contact has been with a very surly tech guy (Kevin) who never does what he says he/they will do. They keep making me spend more money (changing the silt filter that was supposed to last 9-12 months) and send water samples by express mail (cost me about $30 total) with the promise that I would be "provided with copy of the lab report as well as suggested solutions and options." That was back in October, and I did get a short call from the surly guy saying that a scientist would be at his office in 30 minutes and he would call me back after that. That was on 10/21/16 and I have never heard another word. The system has now been installed for more than five months, and the problems are worse still. Even if they take the unit back, I will be out $93.40 for freight to me and back to them and $745.00 for the plumber to install and come back to uninstall. A total of $838.40 down the drain.
