Incepted a policy on 5/8/24
vehicle has been in the garage since 30/8/24 getting a new engine, proof provided and they decline to back date the cancellation and expect me to pay an additional 75 pound when I have paid over 200 pound for a vehicle I drove for 4 weeks.

I work remotely so didn't see a reason to rush into cancelling my policy but when I was advised the garage has no time frame of when I will get my vehicle back its only common sense to cancel the policy as I don't have the vehicle so why should I pay for something I don't have.

absolute disgrace of an underwriter.

Anyone have an idea how to contact this scam company as I need to transfer my insurance to new one

Please stay away from this scam ,they spend most of their time refusing to compensate ,they change terms if you have renewed with them and made a claim

had policy 30 days after they took 2nd payment canceled for no reason con stay clear

Do not use this company at all. We went through go skippy and they are just awful. Won’t insure my son as a learner and the reason is ‘his age’ yes he’s 17 hence why I’m trying to get insurance as a provisional license holder. Don’t care about their customers at all they just want the money. STAY AWAY AT ALL

This company is discusting been with them 6 month cancelled me policy all because I changed my address and then told me it’s ok well waiver the £75 hhhh like I cancelled it no deffo advice don’t use them

Watford is a scam and it's gone. They ceased trading. This is what you expect from ponzi company like this

Nobody shows payment proof. I don't know why?

I am new in Watford and needed help but to no avail. contact through chart and contact us has all failled I am geting no response at all, so I am still holding on to my money before I can invest. there email address is not rechable. I wonder are they still paying?
