Quick delivery and easy to install.
Delivery was really quick and the WaterUps kit was easy to put together. I haven't got too many plants in them yet to see how well it works but I am looking forward to not being tied to my garden.

The whole process was made easy
The whole process was made easy, from purchase to delivery. I've bought quite a few square planters, they got my fruit trees through a long hot dry summer. I highly recommend this product.

Brilliant product
Brilliant product, great service. One of a kind product. Don't use anything else for wicking beds. This is it! Use these, fill the reservoir with water and I haven't then needed to top up with additional water in 3 months!! They greatly increase water storage capacity of wicking beds reservoirs

Excellent results
Arrived well packed in a timely manner. Planted identical seedlings (lettuce and choi) in a tub with waterups and another without (identical soil mix). The ones in the waterups tub are streaking ahead

Waterups wicking beds
The staff at Waterups are friendly and always happy to assist with advice and addressing any issues. On my second order with them the were some missing items. After I advised them off this they promptly sent the items to rectify the problem. I now have 5 wicking beds with the Waterups system. They were easy to set-up and install and easily maintained. I highly recommend the product and the company.

I used this product instead of pond…
I used this product instead of pond liner, which I have done on previous projects. With the planters made to fit the courtyard ... as they were custom made, I had to kludge the fitting of the water up system to fit. its working OK !!! better than expected.
