WATERDROP is a Fantastic Company!! I have and will continue to refer them to EVERYONE looking for a RO System. I bought my unit December of 2025 and love drinking my water, making coffee, mixing this water with anything from Simple Green to Oatmeal. This filtered water tastes so much better than any tap or bottled water. I Must also make mention of the Customer Service from this company, Specifically Beria on the Customer Service Team. She has outperformed ANY person I have ever dealt with from ANY Company when I had questions, needed help or just called to question. This Company is absolutely the best. I just moved into a new home and installed a whole house Water System with Crystal Clear Water, who I found out is one of the best Sales companies around for WATERDROP also. I have a Win/Win situation with these 2 Companies and anyone looking for Under Sink Or Whole House Systems you Must consider these 2. A match made in heaven for consumers. Save yourself lots of searching, enjoy these companies!

Try shipping the product in two…
Try shipping the product in two separate reinforced boxes. The one heavy box arrived with some large dents… filter canisters looked fine, but the metal housing that holds the canisters had one corner flange bent about 30 degrees. I straightened it, re-painted the stressed metal portion, good as new. I hope filter system works once it is installed in the next few weeks.

Support followed up on my problem and nothing …
Support followed up on my problem and when I responded asking for resolution they did not get back to me. Buying a Waterdrop RO system has been a nightmare. I’ve had to spend several hundred dollars extra to replace filters that should not have been defective and water drop has been ridiculous.

I believe any issue could have been…
I believe any issue could have been resolved more efficiently over the phone or via a video call, which would have minimized the extensive back-and-forth emails. It took me almost a MONTH to get my unit replaced.
