Absolutely appalling service from Water Direct. Communication is nonexistent, responses are slow (if they come at all), and the whole process feels deliberately confusing. I was passed around in circles, given conflicting information, and left chasing basic answers that should have been clear from the start.
For a company dealing with essential services, the lack of professionalism is shocking. No accountability, no urgency, and zero empathy. It honestly feels like they rely on people giving up out of frustration.
If you value your time, sanity, or basic human decency — avoid Water Direct at all costs.
