Rudest Customer Service EVER
I downloaded this service while abroad. I came with a virus which completely destroyed my laptop. Chances are it may not have come from this company, but that's not my beef; when I raised it with their customer services team, after cancelling my contract, this was their response:
Sent: Sunday, 19 July 2015, 15:41 Subject: Re: Your account has been deactivated
Huh?
Our software is free of any viruses or malware.
And is signed with our own certificate - proving the authenticity of the software.
Plus no one forces you to download the software - there is Manual setup method that is designed for paranoid people like you. The core of our business is running VPN servers.
If you have caught any malware or virus, it is from somewhere else.
In any case you should have contacted us first.
We are here to help.
Throwing around ungrounded claims and accusations does not help anybody.

As someone who has litigated quite a few cases involving forensic IT, the above statement isn't accurate, but it's the premise that after being so insulting they say they are 'here to help'!! Thanks, I'll think I'll just take my business elsewhere!

This is a complete lie! I have reported you to Trustpilot because you are either a competitor or you are writing about a different company called "WatchUKTvAnywhere" and not our company that is "British TV Anywhere". There is no record of any "Lisa Callum" in the system and that includes accounts, tickets, emails and payments. If this review is not removed, I will be taking this matter further, this is blatant slander.
